PICKED UP 10 BAGS OF GARDEN MULCH TODAY AND EMPLOYEES LOADED MY CART AND ASSISTED IN PUTTING IT IN MY TRUCK. GOOD JOB EMPLOYEES. A GREAT HELP. aND ALL WITHOUT ASKING FOR HELP. VERY NICE.

We have been making quite a few trips to Home Depot as we are planting and extending our deck. The people are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and on our last trip there, were absolute pleasure. Took the time to answer questions, assisted us in finding what we were looking for. Stayed with us from start to finish. Will definitely be back:).....

Better than lowes

The hardware rep was busy talking with the HVAC home services rep the whole time I was needing help purchasing a miter saw. I tried three times to get his attention. He was rude as I know he heard me one of the three. Than the item rung up 39 more than the label. The cashier asked him to verify and he had an attitude like we were interrupting his conversation about his ac unit at home.

The store has adequate parking for the handicap. It also have the aisles properly identified with a good selection of product. selection ? Meaning , almost all mfgers . Properly identified with a section for each. If you have a problem,just ask any H.D. employee. If they can't help you they will get someone who can,based on my experience. As far as I'm concerned, I don't bother tp go anywhere else,why should I ?No reason to.

Store was clean and people were very helpful in the paint department and cashier USARMINA was very helpful.

rec'd prompt help with a return/exchange & was also helped in aisle with replacement items to complete job @ home

Wonderful customer service from Margaret and Donna in fasteners and screws dept. Made my shopping trip a good experience.

I have done a ton of shopping at this store having recently moved to the area and doing a lot of reno and redecorating. Everyone in this store has been extremely helpful.

I could not find a capable store employee to tie my Christmas Tree to the roof of my car. Adam verbalized that it was time for his lunch break instead of doing his job. I asked for a manager to cashier Maureen more than once and never got to speak to a Manager. Instead Adam pushed the tree literally into the backseat of my car. My car now has sap all over the seats and is filled with pine needles. Untrained employees. Never once was I given an apology by Adam, Steve, Joshua nor Maureen.

We needed a hot water heater and had no idea what to do, Kelly in plumbing steered us to the right products as well as all the accessories we needed for it, and we couldn't be happier. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful associates.

Frustrating experience checking out. The sales price did not come off, and the attendant and painting attendant did not know about the sale. I had to show them both the banner and tag next to price. It was not worth the sale, but at that point I had to show them because they looked at me like I made it up. Then, I had to correct them when they misunderstood the sale (% off all instead of 1, and 4 different instead of all the same). To top it off, they estimated my discount instead of doing the math, and I had to correct that too. Again, not worth the small sale, just the principal of it.. The people who helped me were very nice, but this took so long. Home Depot, please inform employees of sales, or make sure it works on the computers..

The Brick store is a pleasure to shop at, all the employees always have smiles on their faces and are eager to help. I am usually alone (a woman) and trying to figure out how to fix something or what to do, I go and find a home depot sales person tell them what my problem is and they tell me how to handle it what to buy to fix it. It is a great feeling to know that even though I have very little experience in repairing small items in my home, I can count on home depot for assistance.

the store is very convenient for me.. the employees are very helpful. the checkout is great, expecially Ernie.

The staff helped me dig out all the boxes of tiles I needed for back splash. Very friendly and helpful including the manager. When I got to the check out line the lady there was very efficient and opened a charge account and I received a surprise discount. I like the garden display in the front of the store.

Store has ample parking, neat appearance on the outside. Easy access from the garden department. Seasonal items IE space heaters easy to find upfront. An associate offered assistance without me asking how thoughtful. Traveling across the country in a RV it’s nice to find uniformity and quality in the Home Depot name.

the store has always been well run and the employees are helpful. Anytime I had a return or an issue with a product, there was no question on bringing something back. I make is a point to go out of my way to shop in the Brick store.
