This petucular store is my favorite one to visit that's nearby to me. Always a great shopping experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Check out process fast and easy.

This store is one of the better home depot's. not too big but has what you need . i found the employees to be a happy group of people and help each other out when it gets really busy.

One employee ruined the entire shopping experience. Was rude. Treated me as though I was a criminal. Was not knowledgable on the inventory . Completely dropped the ball. Store was out of stock on 4 of 5 things I was looking for. Well maybe not , the computer said 2 on hand , but the employee decided that was not true and did not want to look for them. One of them was on display, which I would of purchased , if given the opportunity. The associates in the morning meeting at the front of the store , were friendly and did great me however.

Ernest was my cashier and he was super friendly, kind, funny, and got me checked out fast! Thanks for being a great help to me and wonderful conversation during my visit!

This store has the friendliest employees they also appear happy with a nice rapport with each other they are also extremely knowledgeable in the areas they work in. As a single mom with repairs to be done on my home by myself this store always helps me.

Store is extremely convenient

Every time I shop at the Home Depot it's a very good experience. Everything I need is there and at a fairly good price.

Store stock was ok, employees responded fairly quickly. Cashiers very few. Plenty of self service, if you use them ( I don't because they take jobs away) I would rather put the items down and shop somewhere else.

Mel in the Paint Department is the best. Her knowledge of products and chemicals sets her apart. There's not a problem she cant solve.

only reason I shop here is on account of its closer to my house than Lakewood store If they could stock the same and have the caliper of employees Lakewood has they would be a lot better off one other thing they have way too many handicapped parking spaces where contractors usually have to go and they're never enough close parking spaces at that end of store .

Before a recent trip, I wanted to purchase a luggage lock for my suitcase. The selection at this Home Depot was terrific. I bought the product online and picked it up at the automated station. Quick and easy!

Everyone at this Home Depot are very professional and know the products. We've been going there for years and it just gets better with age! Keep up the good work and treating people as people!

THE STORE IS GOOD AND JULIE WAS EXCEPTIONAL AT THE SELF-HELP CHECK OUT. LIKE OTHERS REPORT ONLINE I HAD A DIFFICULT TIME GETTING TO THE www.homedepot.com/survey PAGE TO COMPLETE THE SURVEY. PUBLISHERS CLEARING HOUSE SEEMS TO HAVE HACKED YOUR SURVEY PAGE ALONG WITH A FEW OTHER SCHEISTERS. THIS DOES NOT LOOK GOOD FOR YOUR CYBER TECH PEOPLE. IT TOOK ME 20 MINUTES AND 4 TRIES TO GET TO THE REAL HOMEDEPOT/SURVEY.

Bathroom was very clean!! So, was the overall store! Employees all directed me to the best isle for what I needed. Found everything I was looking for! I browsed & purchased items I needed and a few extra things! Everyone is always friendly at that store!

This store is always impeccably neat, clean and organized. The employees are always more than happy to help any way they can.

Great experience

Brick has always been a good operation. The quality of the people has improved as of late---let's say the last year. There were always good people there, but like everywhere a few were not up to helping out. The wood guys were always good, Bob, and there is another gentleman Ed does keys and other things always A-1. Mike in paint and everywhere else in the store over the years is tops cause he does his own fixing at home so his expertise is right there. The store is always clean and organized and well stocked. The check out area is usually pretty good, self scan is fast. I got no problem shopping at Brick . Also the garden center for start up spring stuff like the much and soil and fertilizer ---well can't beat the price and it's stocked to the rafters. I got my regular other stops for some things but Home Depot makes it simple to get in and out.

You’re location is easy to get to but the return can be a bit frustrating. Leaving the parking lot it is tough to get on 70 East , at the light . Your seasonal garden dept has quality plants and well taken cared for and the employees are very helpful.

I'm a do-it-yourself type of person, and pretty handy. When a repair or home improvement project comes up I know I can rely on the Brick Home Depot to provide great customer service and selection of whatever I'm looking for.

Almost every time I go to this particular store it there is SOMETHING out of stock ! No biggie but it's extremely annoying and sometimes more expensive because if you definitely need something to finish a project it costs more . Love the convenience of this Home Depot and location
