The store is clean and orderly. All of the employees i interacted with were very helpful.

There are three Home Depot stores within 6 to 9 miles of my home I always go to the Brentwood store because of the service I received over the last 12 years of going to this store regardless of the time of day or the weather outside I thoroughly enjoy walking into the doors of that Home Depot. The people, the department heads, the managers and everyone are always helpful. If I can’t find what I’m looking for they help me even to the extent on checking other stores in the area to see if they have the particular item or items that I’m looking for if the item was sold out. The store is always clean and organized. And the clearance racks are always great !!!

One of the best Home Depots I have visited. In my line of work I usually visit a Home Depot 4 to 6 times a week. This one tops most others I have shopped at.

I visit your store frequently throughout the week. It’s always a pleasure to shop there. I recently purchased a LG washer and Dryer there and had the good fortune being helped by Douglas Campbell the dept Supervisor. He was so knowledgeable about the products, helpful and friendly. He made the buying experience fun. I look forward to visiting your store weekly.

If you need an appliance, you need to speak to Doug Campbell!! He has exceptional depth of knowledge of the appliances and can speak in practical/ layman's terms on the features and advantages of different brands.

I would highly recommend not shopping at this store. Customer service is atrocious. You can walk 10 minutes through that store without finding an employee. Once you do, they are going to answer with a "I don't know" or "this isn't my section". I have rarely seen a display of retail service that is this poor on a consistent basis.

Store is very clean. Employees are helping and nice. Usually have everything I need in stock. Sometimes its an order online item, which is ok. Store would need to be much bigger to handle the amount of items they sell. Overall experience at this store is always good.

This Home Depot has the nicest, most helpful staff that I have ever encountered in a chain store that handles everything for home and garden and more! It's conveniently located off of I-65 and Moores Lane and there are always kind folks to help you find what you need.

Do not buy a front door from them. They took 6 weeks to deliver a door that was not cut to the correct size. The size was given to HD by the company they hired to come out and measure the door. Horrible experience.

I special ordered a refrigerator (Whirlpool) on 8/30/18 and the delivery date was to be 9/18. I was then notified that the delivery date changed to 10/11, and then a Whirlpool rep. called me and it changed again to 10/20. I went back to Home Depot the next day and spoke with Douglas Campbell, Department Supervisor Appliance Specialist and told him about all the delivery date changes. He helped me to cancel that order and I purchased another refrigerator (LG) which is to be delivered on 10/16/18. I know the delays were not due to Home Depot but was because of Whirlpool. I needed a refrigerator NOW. Mr. Campbell was very helpful in making that happen.

This store is always first rate with service, product availability - and when I need to rent an item they are great. Thanks Al
