Great people work at this Home Depot

Areas clearly marked, aisles clear, plenty of employees available to help if needed, and employees knowledgeable about the products and store.

Great store great place to shop

I have had a miserable experience with my kitchen remodel, specifically with the store designer. This being the first time I've done anything like this, I don't know what I don't know and I need a little guidance and need to be able to ask questions. Instead, the designer has in every single exchange been obviously bothered by my questions and concerns. To make things worse, the designer has been condescending and rude in every single conversation or email exchange. She has consistently looked to either push blame on the remodel mistakes either to the contractor she recommended or to me by saying repeatedly "I signed off on the design". The blame shifting exists despite clear examples of things she did not cover with me or I just didn't know to ask. I hoped that she would be one person who was knowledgeable of kitchen remodels and could be an advisor of what would be best for my situation. This has not been the case. As a result, I will never complete another project with Home Depot and will recommend the same to anyone that ever asks.

Each time I visit the Home Depot in Brentwood, I make a new friend with one of the many friendly employees who are always very helpful. Like Dan the Paint Man.

Great store

I had one of the best experiences at this Home Depot thus far. I was looking for a new refrigerator and I had time to look things over befor an associate came to assist with any questions. I like that. Douglas our associate ness amazing and really knew everything about the products I was looking at, he really helped make the choice easy.

Todd in the Home and Garden was excellent and helped us find the right products

Great staff ... especially Doug in the appliance department!!! Will definitely ask for his help in the future.

Fantastic store. We drove a good distance just to get to this store. Their staff and the quality of items and availability is wonderful.

Had a great experience trying to figure out tile for the upstairs bathroom. Shannon in flooring figured it out in 10 minutes! Can't wait to get this installed - it's perfect!

We frequent this store often and always have good luck finding good people to help and items in stock that we are looking for. Great store!!!

Store is frequently out of stock on items that show in stock online. Clipping Home Depot is a hassle . . . advertised items not carried at this store, hard to find or are rejected at the cash register on checkout.

This Home Depot has been consistently improving over the last several years. I never shop there without the employees greeting me, asking me if I was finding what I needed, or being readily available to assist me when asked. I've been able to find the products I need to organize my garage and landscape my yard at my new house. Hats off to the management team for how they have led their team and to the employees who make shopping there a pleasure.

Horrible!!! Beware! They made me pay in advance to have one of their techs come take measurements for a carpet installation that they already are 3 weeks behind on. I then have to wait 1 week to have someone come,I rescheduled my entire week and out of the Country Military Family to be here for this appointment! Now as I sit here waiting on the tech I received a call saying sorry they can’t make it till next Saturday!!! Really? This is HomeDepo people, send someone else if your tech decided to call off work, send a manager, I don’t care who you send but keep your appointment and don’t treat your customers like this! I decided to use HomDepo because I wanted to be sure I was not going to deal with this type of inconvenience, what a mistake! I will never use HomeDepo for anything again! Thanks HomeDepo for your absolutely horrible customer service!

The store has an excellent location, and its easy access is a definite plus - along with it available parking .

Good store and clean compared to some Home Depots.

Customer Service is a PLUS here! From Cory in the blinds, who helped us with everything we needed, to Gill up front who went over and above helping us with our merchandise and getting it put in our car, to Quantie who was the friendliest cashier ever, this place was the best!
