Great place to shop and friendly people

Horrible help, had to climb over and move stuff out of the way after telling an employee I needed to get to some siding. The Franklin store is much worse than the Brentwood store. The only people that were trying to help were the cashiers.

Great store.

From the moment I walked into the store today until I left an hour later every single Home Depot associate I came into contact with went over and above to help me get everything I needed For my DIY pantry upgrade. BJ Cut the wood shelves for me, CeJay Helped me with airguns, Jim in the rental Department went over and above and walked me over to Richard in hardware, and phenomenal Larry in paint. Connie at the checkout was s the icing on the cake with her big smile, and offered to let me pull my car up to load my purchase. Your team at the Brentwood Home Depot absolutely nailed it! Thank you from a very satisfied customer!

I had a great experience at the Brentwood H. Depot this evening - got above & beyond help from Rick in Millwork - he really was a big help...he took me to 2 different depts. to help me wit the needs I had, and really cleared up things for me...

Great staff... well priced...convenient location... clean store.. ample parking... did i mentioned great staff.. make sure to ask for Dan the man for any assistance!!!

Super fantastics store Curtis in electrical and Denise in appliances were fantastic, knowledgable and assisted invevery step of the way in our shopping for home construction and remodel materials. Store was safe, clean, organized, found what I wanted, And employees were freindly and helpful. I'll definitely be back!!!

Great location great folks work there

I go to a lot of Home Depots and this store has the friendliest staff of all the ones I visit. I especially enjoy seeing Walt when I go. He is very cheerful and friendly, and he knows a lot about all of the products when I'm looking for something.

The associate was very quick to ask if I needed help, and then pulled up the dishwasher I had seen online and walked me through the purchase and described the purchase protection plans in a manner that was concise and understandable. He gave me the delivery date and what the expectations were for pick up of my old dishwasher. One of the easiest appliance purchases I have made.

Another great shopping experience. I left with everything I needed and was smiling when I left the store. The lady that checked me out at the register made me laugh and feel like a valued customer.
