Months after they installed it after two different times of measuring and then bringing out the wrong colors that didn't even match and asked me if I was okay with that and I said NO. This project started in June of 2022 and here it is now February 16th of 2024 and Home Depot will not even get back to me for almost a year and a half now. This is not the only time that precision countertops has messed up, when I remodeled my three bathrooms back in 2014 they screwed that up at time too. Not one person has reached out to me after I have complained in person at Home Depot many of times and they tell me someone will call me back in a few days 🤪 still waiting.

We wanted to buy a range that was on sale. It was late - around 7:30pm - and we were in a Honda Civic. We were told we could't buy it unless we could be there with a truck when the store opened the next morning. (Minutes earlier we had just purchased 3 other appliances that were going to be delivered.) Needless to say, we returned the other purchase, and will be doing our shopping elsewhere from now on.

Kevin was very friendly, professional and helpful in getting us loaded and on our way. He is an asset and should be recognized.

Walked into Bothell HD with a brand/models in mind. The outstanding sales person (Bob N.) that greeted us gave us knowledge, product reviews and opinions that shifted our order completely. We ended up getting a much better trio of appliances than we would have without his help. Can't thank him enough!

About half the time I go here with a problem, an associate finds a resident expert who will talk me through the problem. I have no idea where they find these people, but I'm SO glad they have! An example would be today. A circuit breaker failed and I needed to replace it. As I've never done it before, I was a bit nervous (I mean, ELECTRICITY!) Almost as soon as I walked into the store, two associates (Bob and Katie) greated me and asked me what I wanted. They directed me to the right aisle, but also mentioned that I should find Wally, who is apparently the electrical guru. I got to the back and no Wally. But another associate asked me what I needed and, not only called Wally, but when he failed to answer, went to the break room to find him. Wally appeared a few minutes later and not only helped me find the right part but talked me through the repair. It made me feel so much more confident! If this was the only time this had happened, I'd still be impressed (but maybe not in love with this store). But it's pretty regular for the employees to do an equally great job helping me find the right person + part, then explaining what I need to do in order to be successful.

I bought new carpet for my grandkids playroom and had immediate service and complete followthrough from beginning to the end. Excellent customer service from the Kitchen department to the customer service desk. The best.

I had quick service at the Pro Desk. Line went fast and Annie completed the order quickly and got a fast delivery date.

When an online order was having a problem processing, I was able to contact Bothell customer service to both locate the item in inventory and then to help me place the order over the telephone for will call pickup. It really helps to have courteous and efficient human backup whenever online services are not functioning properly.

This is my go to store, and everytime I visit the staff is super helpful. It also has a great selection.

Just bought an LG refrigerator from the Bothell Home Depot. I was helped immediately with respect and professionalism from two great sales people - Bob N. and Elham! Whenever I need a new appliance, I head straight for this store where I receive consistently good service and quality products at affordable prices!

There was an excellent deal at the Bothel location of Home Depot in Seattle area, WA.

Bought a washer dryer and Bob N was instrumental in the selection and purchase of the system.

I forgot my debit card at home. I try to make a payment using a touch less device but it was not available. So I was short of cash. There was not ATM inside. So the cashiers KT and Clara help me they did a very nice job. They processed a return. They processed again and gave me a discount so I was able to afford it with the cash that I have at the time. It was almost time to close.

Poor service and you're not important enough to be helped.

Store manager, appliance associate and customer order specialist provided outstanding customer services to their customers! A great neighborhood Home Depot to shop with. Highly recommended!

We came to the store this time to get help with figuring out what we needed to get a new dryer vent that meets code for a new dryer. We did not know what we needed. When we connected with employee Edward, we were really grateful, as he found parts and he set us up with Pro Referral after we mentioned that we could not do the installation. Now we can use our dryer, as the Pro came out today, fewer than 48 hours later.

Claire was amazing! She is so sweet and very knowledgeable. When I come back, I hope to see her!

Easy to return merchandise with my receipt as I am DIY home owner who is not a professional carpenter, plumber, electrician or landscaper.

Went to see electric garden tools. There are many brands and types. To buy the 2 I wanted, and use the same brand, it ended up getting narrowed down to one brand pretty quickly. That was when I was there in person with help that knew what he was talking about and had good suggestions. Much faster than hours on a computer.

Elham was Awesome to work with

The product was great, the price was right. The veterans discount sucks, but Sig Richardson and Heather Sewel rock!!! Saved me in a difficult dilema. At the credit only no cash register, the price of item exceeded the credit card amount, had cash only to pay the difference. Would not work of course. Sig and Heather jumped in and made it right for me and got it all taken care of. Out the door I went in awe. These two are what Home Depot should be. They went out of their way and above and beyond their duties to help me. You need to praise and give them a raise! They are a dying breed of workers that care about the customer, their job, and the company. Promotion to leadership positions above what they are now should be offered. Great experience at the Bothell WA Home Depot. Will be back!!!!

Washer and dryer purchase. How great to have products on the floor to actually touch and feel in person.Plus having friedly knowledgeable sales people and quick delivery. The delivery men weer fast efficient and friendly

My third trip to Bothell HD over last two months researching refrigerator appliance needs and Elham helped me the last two times. He was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, supportive, going beyond expected. He is why I made the purchase this time and not at the competitor. Important point on the height measurement no one had explained, front digitals installed front only so appliance would fit the existing space.

You must speak with Elham, He knows how to help you. He is the best! Hang in there Elham, you are about to get busy.
