Hate the store sent it went crazy on self service.

Great customer service!

I would like to complement Mark and Kelly in the paint department and Nate at the front service desk. They offered me exceptional service during my visit.

The employees at the pro desk went above and beyond to help these non pros get what they need to complete a job. Highly recommend working with the pro desk staff!

Store was not clean or sanitary. Employees unfriendly and unkempt. Store manager very unhelpful. I will shop at the completion down the road next time. Better service and prices.

THE STORE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL TO FIND ITEMS.

Wow! Kermit is amazing and helped me set up my new wood railing for our home! He is so nice and friendly and was genuinely interested in our project. He deserves a $10 raise!!!! Because of him I saved my husband at least 3 days of figuring out our home railing and what supplies to get. I think I got everything in one trip and walked out knowing how to put it together!! thanks Kermit

As far as THD stores go, this store has the same feel as all the others. Customers service was offered promptly in the plumbing department as I was searching for fittings. I found that one item I needed was out of stock on the shelf. The employee looked to see if any more items were in store. He said that nine items should be in stock. We could not find anymore. In frustration I started searching similar sized items on the shelf, and found one misplaced in a similar sized box. Since I needed four of these fittings I was directed to another THD store only 4.7 miles away. At that location I found three, yet the employee indicated the stock showed 15. I again searched similar sized items on the shelf and found the much needed fourth item. Both location employees shared my dismay and frustration.

Nobel is awesome! Nobel helped me with my exchange and was also able to guide me to the correct isle and spot that I needed. Such a wonderful and helpful employee, I will definitely be back!

If you are looking for something in the lawn and garden department, ask for Bradley. He is the best!!!

The store was clean and all items were well laid out. The associates were very friendly and helpful in not only guiding customers to the right spot but also help them load their carts, if required. They were also ready to explain the product and help customers choose the right product.

We have a huge project in our home- replacing flooring in eight areas/rooms. Cathy in flooring was amazing. She walked us through everything with such a great energy and knowledge! We went home with samples galore, a measuring date set, AND a clear idea of what to expect. Great service. Very thorough and professional.

It was about the same because my shopping experience at this location is always enjoyable. I always find the help that I need and most are eager to assist. Nobel was my cashier was Nobel who if I see is working, I will always get into her lane. Very helpful, always happy and upbeat

Store has good employees, sometimes it can be hot or miss with knowledge, but then you come across those that are super helpful and make up for others.
