I guess its fine to shop here if your a man, but the male attitudes in this store are reminiscent of 1950. The service is terrible, they double charged me at checkout, and made me wait in another line to get credit back! Geezzzzz.....I won't be back. Better things to do with my time than watch men stand around and chit chat.

Helpful staff all around!

The staff at this store is exceptional. The front-end folks are particularly well trained, friendly, and helpful. The two people who helped me today (names retracted for safety) were amazing. With their friendly help, they turned a $30 sale into an $800 sale. I love this store. The managers are also very helpful. This store is always clean and well stocked. Thanks for all you do there each and every time I visit.

I can't say enough about how helpful Laura Renstrom and Gina Kay were in selling and setting up the installation of the Delta faucet I purchased. They provided excellent service. Also, the plumber from MN Plumbing was on-time (actually early) and efficient. I didn't get his name but he did an excellent job.

Clean and very friendly staff. Just as I got to the area of tools I was looking for, I was welcomed and assisted by a very knowledgeable employee. They had what I wanted in stock and I was out the door. No big box problems, to them and me time is money. I was in and out in no time and with a smile on my face.

I had a return to manage and the customer service Cashier was excellent about the whole thing. Also, the folks in the paint department are super fast and know what they're doing.

Great store with very helpful employees!

My experiences have always been good here. Friendly, helpful associates. Today, I left feeling even better because I met Salvador, an outstanding associate who has the best customer service ever.

The Associate at the pick up register was a big help & positive.

just a thought (and you may have this already) but it would be nice to have a place to order something online while you are there at Home Depot. Say, you're looking at cabinet pulls, but you can't find the style or color or size you want. Much easier t order while you are thinking about it.

For any Lawn and Garden needs - ask for Journee. She rocks and she knows her stuff. Genuine good help - the store is lucky to have her.

Richard was ther at the door to greet me as he has done so many times before. He is very well knowledgeable about the store and where items are at. He will tell you the exact isle where to go to. What a guy.

Your staff is great! Very helpful..My gripe is that very little supply is on hand right now. I know covid, I understand, or I did up to the first 6-9 months..now not so much. I see prices rising on everything, I see more of a push to use self checkout even though you get no discount for using it. I try and not go to Richfield H/D because of the self checkout. I don't understand the lack of inventory, maybe try other vendors? I really don't understand the lack of flush solid/core interior slabs not being available, lots of crappy hollow/core! Also if you offered primed solid/core flush slabs..GOLDMINE..

I am a homeowner trying to fix a plumbing problem. I was lucky enough to run into Jeff in the plumbing isle. He not only helped me find the parts I needed but gave me tips to install them. I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes with everything I needed.

The greeter lady met me and I asked her where I could find the fire place match sticks. She did not recollect where they might be. She immediately went to her phone. Put in fire place match sticks. Found out, we went right to the place where they were shelved. What a brilliant women. I was amazed at her efficiency. She thanked me for coming to her store.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had the pleasure of working with Noah to complete a return and to pick up a couple of in-store/curbside orders. He was so genuinely nice and helpful at each visit. Not to mention he is efficient at the register. His energy radiates and he is someone that all companies desire to have represent their brand. Go in the evening when women are working. They will approach you to help you, unlike the male employees who run away or congregate in groups of three and four to avoid helping you.

Very helpful store associates. Larry in electrical was extremely helpful showing me how to install a product I bought.

Terry Shidla and Gena helped me to correct a misunderstanding that occurred as a result of an on-line purchase. I had visited other locations and was denied due to policy. After helping to correct the issue and provide store credit they both followed up to ensure I was pleased with the service. The store personnel were friendly and helpful. The store was clean and well organized. I will again shop at this store and other Home Depot’s during my home remodeling. Thanks!

Ryan, the assistant manager, was extremely helpful to me in cutting boards and other general help when I went in to buy lumber, today. It was a great customer experience for me and he was very helpful to me and understanding my project needs.

Loss Prevention team at this location racial profiled me to make sure I wouldn't steal. It was obvious they were LP as three of them tried to blend in as customers, all while eyeing what i was doing every so often. I asked the cashier if those men were security and he replied yes. Do not shop at this location if you do not want to be racial profiled.

I have been going to this store for more than 20 years and have always had a positive experience.

This location have helpful staff! I visit this store on a regular basis for my endless home projects. I didn't get one of the guys name. I was shopping for shelves and I need some C hook and bolts for my project and the older gentleman was very helpful in giving me alternate since there is no C hook.

Associates are always helpful with recommendations and help finding things! In the summer their garden center is always well supplied!

I was able to find everything I needed in the store. I also did shop online and ordered some of them. I received an amazing customer service from Robbie , Roy and the girl with pink/purple hair at customer service. The store was clean. All the associates were friendly and helpful.
