I've had nothing but great experiences at this Home Depot.

I bought some flooring from your store on July 21, 2020. It was delivered to my residence on Sep. 21, 2020. It was installed on Oct. 3, 2020. I was given two different dates. I was told I had to get my floor checked for asbestos. I did at a cost of $110. The man that installed the flooring said that he was going to install the new flooring without removing the old. I was told that I should get a credit. I haven't heard from anyone. Just trying to get an answer. Thank you.

Employees are very nice and the things you want are easy to find.

I will never order another product install from Home Depot. This is possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and yet, it continues to surprise even after 2 months and still no floor. I've rewritten this review numerous times. I feel like I'm going crazy, because the situation is just that frustrating, and continues to be. I have seriously considered there's absolutely no way a business is this incapable of rectifying a situation. It has to be the customer.

All the staff without exception are Top Notch. From Rich, Nobel, Karin, Joan and Nathan in cust. serv., to Gretchen, Carl, Gary and Mark in the paint dept., then there's Brad and Larry in elect. dept. Steve in hardware, Shelly and Hanka as cashiers. I can't say enough how much I appreciate their willingness to help and their attitudes. I could not put up with some of the characters I've seen them have to deal with. A very large THANK YOU goes out to all your staff. Keep up the FANTASTIC WORK. Jimmie V.
