This store is clean and well stocked and the employees are friendly and helpful. The cashier, Bill, is friendly and asked if I found everything I needed, very professional and helpful, I will shop at this store often. .

Had a return to make and was helped by Kimberly. She was friendly and extremely helpful with everyone I watched her take care of. Every employee I saw was wearing a mask and following safety precautions due to the Covid pandemic. The store was clean, organized and employees were always willing to help us find what we needed..not just point us in the right direction. Very nice store!

We were there this morning and were completely shocked to see many trade worker guys roaming around the store without masks and not social distancing at all. The employee who helped me find paint was wearing a mask...down below his nose! Not feeling safe in this Home Depot store, we got what we needed and went to the garden shop area to check out. There was only one cashier and very little extra shade provided for waiting in line at a 6 ft. distance. We won’t be going back there again any time soon!

The bad experience I had today was upsetting. An employee was very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. Plus, he would not get a mgr for me when I requested one. His demeanor indicated showed signs that he was being DISCRIMINATED towards other customers who are Elderly/Handicap/Disabled. Including trying to lecture me when he was wrong in the first place. He is in NO position to do that when he refuses to get a mgr when one was requested.

As stated in my earlier review, an employee at this store was the most rude and obnoxious employee I have ever met. When my certified therapy dog, harnessed and leashed, began barking in a friendly manner at another dog (it's a dog's way of saying hello) this employee named Rena (sp?) rushed up and ordered me to take my dog and leave the store immediately. When I asked why, she said my dog was not under control. Well, my dog was under control, as I said, harnessed and leashed, just barking hello at another dog. When I saw the other dog did not want to interplay, I immediately removed my dog from the immediate area. Nonetheless, this Rena (sp?) continued to berate me, telling me to leave. I told her I needed to check out and she replied by telling me to "well, hurry up". This person is not a credit to your fine establishment, where I have shopped regularly, with my dog, much to the delight of other employees, for a long time. However, the attitude of this rude, unknowledgeable employee makes me wonder about continuing to shop at this store. She needs to be disciplined, schooled in customer relations and dog mannerisms. And perhaps placed in a area of the store location where she does not use this attitude when dealing with your valued customers. I have no interest in an apology from her because I seriously doubt if it would be sincere.

With this Covid- virus preoccupation in our minds, the attitude and behavior of the garden staff, their cheerful countenance and quiet smiles as they go around their business bring normalcy and communicate quiet commiseration to an otherwise stressful time or chore.

This particular store is one of the best in San Antonio, it serves all workers and construction people as well as particular people for home protects the personal who’s working there is one of the most amazing and professional guys I known i love this store

There was about a 15 minute wait to get in the store. But it went very smoothly. A young man named Troy assisted me right away and did a great job. He has helped me before and is always very friendly and knowledgeable. Hes a keeper.

Staff loaded tile I needed into a cart and had it waiting for me at Flooring Sales Desk.

The shopping experience during the Covid 19 crisis was efficient and made compliance seamless. All items I wanted were available and I was able to complete my purchase quickly. Employees were friendly, as usual, with entrance and exits clearly marked and manned expertly. My purchases were not urgent but allowed me to shop in a safe environment so I could stay busy at home with outdoor gardening. It was good to see some employees able to maintain their employment while providing a safe environment for the public. A big thank you to Home Depot and their employees.

The customer service person, Betty, was outstanding in her treatment of, to me, a very difficult customer. In my renting a truck she was very friendly and helpful.

Great customer service and great garden center

Would love the perennials and annuals to be properly placed. I often find them in the wrong table. I try to only buy perennials and have to make sure I read the label to make sure it’s in the right section. Also I would like more medium size plants in the $5 range. There was only small and large potted flowers but none in medium size. I was looking for impatience in $5 potted plants.

Excellent, knowledgeable and easy to find staff, which is a rarity in the big home improvement stores.

I think I have already given my opinion. I got what I needed; however I did it on my own. I found the products I needed without help. No assistance. Store was clean.

I always appreciate the great customer service this particular HOME DEPOT provides. The employees are always friendly and helpful.

Each and every time I leave this store, I leave disappointed. Disappointed that I didn't get the help I was looking for. Disappointed that the product I was looking for wasn't in stock, even though the app says there's a large quantity available. Disappointed that I cannot get a cart through an aisle because the store is preparing for a big event, and has cluttered up the aisle with the product. Disappointed that what stock is available is of poor quality. Disappointed that carts that could be used to acquire product are filled with items that either need to be put back on the shelf, or are being moved, and not available to the customer. I'm consistently disappointed to the point that I dread coming to this location, and am looking for a lumber yard or driving further to a competitor.

Always hard to find sales assistants in the nursery. Have to walk all over the area to find help and very seldom do they have helpful information about plants. There is one nice lady who knows plants and can answer questions but she is always VERY busy and at times hard to find. The folks at the register, when there is one, are not friendly or knowledgeable about the plants your have in stock. I have given up on the HD nursery. Plants are expensive and not always the best quality.
