I will never shop at this location again. I dont need to go into details but the customer support was horrible.

Employees are visible and ready to assist you. Great store and easily accessible from highway.

Quality of lumber isn't great. Selective on their Military discount. Never can find an "expert".

The best customer service I have ever received was due to Fred who helped me purchase concrete mix. A real sweetheart !

This is a good store with nice associates. The best thing I can say is that it seems this store has greatly improved in customer service over last the few years. I have increased my patronage do to this improved level customer service. My wife and I had a less than favorable customer service experience a little over four years ago. We were shopping for materials for a bathroom renovation project and found no associates to assist us. We didn't go back to this store quite a while because of this experience. When we did return to this store out of necessity we found that associates were more available and very helpful.

Great experience and I found the store to be clean and organized the staff where very helpful and willing to assist me , Kassidy the cashier was very friendly and helpful along with the guy Jason in garden helped me load my truck ,great job thank you and you staff.

Don't expect Maria from Gardening to help with anything. She won't move from her post where she stands and does nothing. I asked her for help this morning and her response was, "You'll have to pay for it!" I acknowledged I was in a retail store and payment was expected. THEN she pointed over her shoulder in a random way and made a comment in Spanish, the only words I caught were "guera" and "stupida". When I asked for her name, she attempted to hide it and asked why I wanted it. So glad I got this survey at the self checkout, though I left without that one item.

Was acknowledged the moment I came into store, was shown where I could find what I was looking for. My return was less than 5 mins, employees are bi lingual in other languages besides Spanish, they were very pleasant.

I am a 63 yr.old female. I'm remodeling in order to downsize my home. I was under the misconception that in order to get good customer service I needed to be wearing a tool belt. I was very wrong, I came in to purchase tile and was given very knowledgeable help by Daniel who works in that department. I will be returning to this store for the rest of my projects as well as telling my friends about my great experience at this store. My only regret is not recalling the names of the two different young men who helped load the flatbed and also my vehicle. Thank you for helping and saving me money.

Employees actually want to help and ask you if you need anything. Ran into an employees name Angie and wow! She went above and beyond and helped me find what I wanted. Angie didn’t stop until I was satisfied and kept offer suggestions and ideas and looking up things until she found what I wanted. So grateful for employees like Angie. Thanks Angie for helping me find my coffee bar mug holder.

This Home Depot is convenient and meets all my home improvement/gardening needs. I have found the staff very helpful especially when it comes to loading my car with heavy objects. Such a relief to know there's someone willing to help.

Employees were helpful and eager to help the customer. Diana in particular, was courteous, polite, kind, patient and gracious, which is disappearing in other industries. Home Depot is truly a beacon of warmth, civility, kindness and professionalism when it comes to customer service.

What a pleasure shopping at this store compared the the others near me and on the south side peopler friendly and always willing to help , the store is need and orderly and easy the shop also usually have what i need in stock and on the shelfs so you don't need to have someone go find it or get it down for you awesome job keep up the good work,

The loaders Fred and Jason do a wonderful job of assisting me and others loading saying hello and getting carts and wagons when you need one, the parking lot always looks clean and organize when they are around . the store looks clean and organized also Hardware does a great job of keep a good supply of things too .the cashier was very helpful and friendly.

Thank you Troy!! I went in yesterday to purchase a black and decker pole saw/chainsaw, I'm a female and believe I can do things on my own than rather paying someone to do it. I had no intentions on asking for assistance but God knew I needed guidance. Troy approached and asked if I have ever used one before. I have with my Dad many years ago but really had no idea how to manage or maintain one. Thank you for your time, knowledge and tips and the way you simplified and gave me examples to understand what you meant. I walked away with so much confidence that validated I can perform this task at hand. Troy provided exceptional customer service that exceeded above and beyond. I was able to cut down a lot of branches before the rain came in yesterday evening, I had to stop but I can't wait to continue. I feel so empowered and happy with my purchase.
