I appreciate the awesome staff at my Home Depot. They are consistently helpful and knowledgeable about most of the projects I attempt. I usually know where most of the items I need are. And they don't move them like HEB did last year. I'm still a little frustrated with that... Thank YOU Home Depot for helping us take care of our homes and lawns and everything in between.

This store was very clean and had everything I needed. The garden cashiers, Lulu and Jackie, knew what they were talking about and were very helpful. It got really hectic around 2pm out in the garden section, but they still had a lot to choose from. This is definitely one of my favorite HomeDepots in this area!

The associate were helpful and the store was clean. However, do not order a SAMSUNG appliance from HD. I was promised delivery of a SAMSUNG refrigerator within three days as it was sitting in the manufacturer's warehouse. This was the main selling point as mine had gone out. Delivery was delayed by Samsung by a week and a half due to inclement weather. Then it was another week and a half due to inclement weather. The first delay I could understand, the second one I could not. HD tried to get SAMSUNG to deliver on the second promised delivery date, but failed. I cancelled the order.

Our Home Deport store #0582 has always taken great care of us. The employees are always professional and willing to help everyone. As a Veteran, I find it "OUTSTANDING" that from the time we walk in to the time me and my wife leave the store, we are taken care of and helped the entire time. Thank you for caring for ALL VETERANS!!!

I have visited this store on several occasions throughout the Summer and Fall doing renovations on my home. Store is very clean and staff super helpful in particular Kelly at the return and exchange counter. She's super helpful and fast! Thank you!

Great customer service and communication from associates

We had an issue and paint spilled all over the truck. Carl macom the manager went above and beyond. Him along with another great employee wish I would of got his name were both very attentive to our need. They stood outside cleaning our trunk and made it look brand new. We are beyond thrilled. We come to this location a few times a month. And will continue forever. Great job!!!!

Once you explain what you are looking for and bring photos, they are EXCELLENT at providing you with the correct items and explanation. URSULA and ANDREA rock!!!

Associates at this Home Depot will go out of their way to help you find what you're looking for and even help you at the self checkout.

The store is well located, easy to get to, and parking is great. Employees are attentive and eager to help. The one I had, Ms. Rodriguez, was extremely knowledgeable about the products and made a special effort to accommodate me. I arrived a little unsure about cost and the right items available for my selection, but, I left happy and satisfied.

I had a 5 Star shopping experience at this Home Depot today. Fred greeted me with a basket. A girl named Jules (I found out later when I checked out and saw it on her apron) walked in with me and asked if she could pet my dog. Then she told me she had to clock in but would find me with treats for my dog. Tommy in Electric helped me find the Bullet Floodlights I was looking for. Jules ended up being my cashier when I checked out. Having clocked in, she was now wearing the apron that had the dog treats in them and gave them to Duke. As I was loading the lights into my truck, Fred rushed over to take my basket so I didn't have to take it to the return area.

Store was neat and clean. Employees were cheerful and extremely helpful!

This Home Depot is and comes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Associates on and off the floor are extremely helpful for whatever you need, be it questions, advice, and/or assistance. They also have a grand sense of humor when mixed in makes for a pleasant shopping experience. Staffers will stop and ask if I need help. It is truly a pleasure to know that assistance is always available and in a safe, clean surrounding. It doesn’t get any better than this!

I have been shopping at this store for at least 20 years. For the most part I always find what I need. The employees are friendly and helpful. I like the tools and the tool chests that they have. You can't go wrong with their tools. I have never broken one and the finish is great. I'll continue to shop at this store its convenient and I like it.

Generally speaking the store is as clean as possible considering it’s always packed with people. The only issue I have is on a couple of the occasions i visited the store it was difficult to find someone to assist me. To be fair I shop in HOME DEPOT so much they probably think I live there. I stated A couple of occasions i really am only speaking of a couple. This may be due to the volume the store incurs frequently. I need to state I’m bias I LOVE ❤️ MY HOME DEPOT STORE either way. The employees are much more knowledgeable than those at other home improvement stores was which will remain nameless lol. The employees are so much nicer also. The prices are great and I loved it when the stores held the little classes for children. My grandkids enjoyed learning how to build and loved the little projects. It’s so sad they had to stop the summer program with the children. They do still have online projects for children and I just feel as though HOME DEPOT is much more family oriented. This is a great store to shop everyone is great but always busy! I will say no matter how busy they take time for all their customers even if it takes a moment and I still don’t ever feel rushed by them. Good store go shop there! Do it now! Go! Why are you still sitting there? Get up start a project!

Great praise to Maria and Angelina and Cliff in garden keep up the good work the store looked clean and stocked even though we are in a pandemic, nice to see your staff wear masks and busy filling the shelfs

They are good at taking payment but the follow up on the goods and service is non-existent. Trying to get someone to follow up is about as hard as it can be. Bad overall experience

Yvette from Garden's was top notch in her customer service.Very hands on to make my shopping experience the most pleasurable when I most needed it.Also had the acknowledgment of her dept.and t o every question I asked....Also her kindness and her pleasant being was memorable.Thank you again Yvette.

Store and employees are not concerned about customer safety from Covid19.

Home Depot reps are very courteous and knowledgeable. They are quick to greet yo and can answer any question you have and help you with your needs.
