The store is always organized. When I need help, it's easy to find an employee to help. The service is awesome. With all this going with with the pandemic, I feel safe shopping in this store.

The Home Depot In JC rarely disappoints; has plenty stock items that you need for your renos and repairs, along with new ways to add sparkle to your pad. Trade and craftspeople are generally available to provide insight and expertise to get you from point A to the finish line. The store is also organized and has plenty of parking on a clean and maintained lot. Stop by - it’s worth the trip!

I just moved here and i must say the store associates are pleasent,kind and curtious. The few times i have shopped here have all been great!

RE: Corona Virus - Check out touch screens and hand scanners are not disinfected between customers, even though an associate is on-hand to provide assistance. This was the 2nd day I visited the store this week.

The staff in this store is awesome! They're always helpful, friendly and courteous. The store is always well stocked and clean. My only gripe is the current trend of corporations replacing people with machines. I'll wait on line before using a machine to checkout. This is a big box retail cost saving measure but once you eliminate the personal touch you will loose business. Remember, people almost never have to leave the house to shop for most of what we can buy at your store.

Over the last 2 years or so, this Johnson City NY store has gone down hill with customer service and help on the floor by employees (if you can find one). Being a Vietnam Veteran I hold a discount card that Home Depot claims to Honor. They don't. Today was prime example. Normally I pay for items in cash if under $100. Today I did not so I could prove a point. I got some lag bolts (20 of them) and went to cashier, Handed the cashier (Amber according to the sales receipt) before she rang up the lag bolts, because of the total, I asked if the discount was applied and put my HD Credit Card in the slot because I knew it was not applied, and the normal comment that always comes back is they can not adjust after the total is set..... That is an out and out lie because the adjustments can be made before MODE of PAYMENT has bee entered by the cashier. This has happened more then once over the past couple months. It's almost like the employees are trained to NOT GIVE DISCOUNTS. Home Depot is not the only Big Box Improvement Store in Town, and the other 2 centers have always given discounts to Veterans. Guess Home Depot is more concerned about $$$ then the customer. -- Good Luck with that attitude, over priced and poor service skills.

The cashier was pleasent and help full.I was looking for a tool and one employee was verry helpfull in the tool isle.The store was clean and everyone was verry helpfull.

I could not find what I was looking for so Mr. Potter stopped doing what he was doing and walked to the exact item I needed and proceeded to explain how to use the item for what I needed. Very helpful. The store was very neat and clean.

i went in to buy a chain link fence gate. 2 were in stock both with rough looking boxes that had been re-taped. i bought one, brought it home to find all the brackets and connecting pieces missing. now have to go back to the store for the usual fight for a refund or missing parts. you should go into a store expecting to get what is in the box the first time, not some pre-opened box and having to reopen and double check to make sure you are getting what you pay for.

You just can't find a store with friendlier employees who are always willing to help you. Makes shopping there a pleasant experience. Great products at great prices.
