Appliances selection was very good and the prices were even lower than a local clearance center offered. Sale, delivery and installation information was very well covered by courteous, friendly staff.

I have yet to meet an employee in this store that was not helpful. I have asked for help several times and they are always willing to help. I needed a special type of screw when I was in the store one time and even though I didn't know the proper name of it the sales person knew and lead me right to where they were and showed me the type I would need.

I have been going to this Home Depot in Johnson City,N.Y. since it opened and many of the employee have worked there for years and are very experienced in all aspects of building materials and are helpful in finding the right products.

I bought some paint and other small items in the paint department, plus, I got some much needed paint samples and the convenience and layout were great as well as the service that I received.

We've typically had very good experiences at this store the last 4 - 5 years. From knowledgeable and helpful employees to easy dealings with customer service, so it was painful to endure the situation we just did with ordering a washer and dryer online through HD. So first lesson learned, if you need to get an appliance - go in to the store and see them. They are very thorough and really do a great job. Both our in store experiences with major appliance sales (did our kitchen appliances last year) have been exceptional. Online there are just too many little nuisances even within each mfg. that can easily get overlooked. And once the order is in the system any changes can be a real treasure to deal with. It's worth the trip in to the store for that reason alone. Now in resolving the current situation, we agreed to give this another go with them and we chose to do so because of the numerous other great experiences. And our in store experience for this situation was just another example of that attention to customer service that we've come to experience at this store in JC. Now the verdict is still out on the 3rd party delivery vendor they use, but that's a review for a different page. But the store, 9.5 times out of 10 we've had great experiences when we needed help or to have something done (ie: paint, etc). Can't think of the last time I've been in the store where an employee couldn't point me in the right direction or answer my question.

I specifically went to Home Depot because they have great prices on gas grills. The cashier was very helpful and I got a great deal.

Absolutely GREAT....From the minute my husband and I entered the store until the time we left, everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. We will be back. Thank you for your service.

I find Home Depot of Johnson City, New York to be a very friendly professionally staffed home improvement store. I shop there a few times a week and enjoy checking out their newest products. They have a good location that doesn't have a problem with overwhelming traffic. The store is always very clean and organized. Easy to find the products I need. Staff is easier to find for help than other stores. Nice place to shop.

Sales associate Faith, in appliances, was very courteous and helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the product and helped me purchased a natural gas dryer with ease. Plenty of staff were on hand to help direct me to the appliance department... no waiting or ringing for help when I arrived in the appliance department. I can't thank Faith enough for her assistance. Kudos to Home Depot and sales associate Faith for a job well done.

Not happy when I saw a sign for Miracle Gro that said 4bags/$10.00. .75 cu. ft. I got 4 bags and when I got to the register where the sign was I was told the sale went off yesterday. He would not honor the sale price even tho the sign was still up. After he checked me out he removed the sign. It was their fault not mine the sign was still up I felt.

Everyone is very nice and helpful. Store has large variety of products and great selections with very knowledgeable employees who are there to help find what you need.

I love this store. I always find what I am shopping for but if I can't, there is always someone that goes above and beyond to help find it. Every one is friendly and seem to enjoy working there. I don't find that attitude in the other big box stores,

The store was fine. My receipt asked me to fill out a survey to enter a sweepstakes. So I took the time to do so, but when I got to the end I was told the entry end date is May 2, 2021 - I shopped on May 3, 2021!

The employees are so friendly it is like going to a good friends house. They are patient, humorous, knowledgeable and fast. It’s always easy to get someone to help you.

Store itself is great. The only issue I have is with the driveway leading up to the store and I'm sure Home Depot is not responsible for this or maybe only partly responsible but there are extremely large pot holes all the way up the drive. It would be nice if this could be addressed. Life in the north east.

Best Customer Service Ever!!! I had a problem with an online order being cancelled. A Customer Service Rep helped me with the issue. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was in and out in no time. The store was a little crazy because of a new sale going on, but was still tidy and it was easy to find the products I wanted. Any questions I had were met with a friendly, knowledgeable associate. Things aren't perfect in any home improvement store, but I think, if you count Customer Service into the equation, The Home Depot in Johnson City, NY is doing a better job than the others whos names I won't mention but everyone knows who they are anyway. They will be my first stop when needing materials for my home projects.

Unorganized and didn't seem to have a clue about my order. I had a written order for my pick up on 4/17/21 and when I arrived to pick up item it wasn't available. Drove 50 miles one way to pick up my purchase curb side a riding lawn mower(all assembled). They told me they found one in a box unassembled that I a could assemble myself. Totally unexceptable!

employees in lumber dept are not at all helpful

The best store to do business with for construction hands down. They have the best selection of most everything. The staff is always willing to help. And its always clean in and out of the store. So you don't feel like your shopping in a garbage dump!

Review directed to a sale cashier ALMETA, She has been their several years and is the most pleasant and professional cashier in the store, great personality and humor. As a contractor I'm in the store several times a week and always look forward to ALMETA as a cashier. She works at the Contractor Checkout and is preferred over some other cashiers in the store who have no idea what their doing, Hopefully this will help her in ratings, as she deserves the praise.
