Billy in the outdoor department was EXTREMELY helpful!!

My visit this morning was met with cheerful employees, employees cleaning and stocking, etc. Customer service located my online order quickly and I was out the door and on my way.

After looking and not finding, an employee took me right to the product. Then got paint sample, went to check it out at home, not right. When I came back, they made a new sample, it worked and they didn’t even charge me. I got all the right paint and everything else I needed. Great service by everyone.

We are so happy when we see Lynette at the cash register. She is always so friendly and makes you feel really comfortable.

Loved that this store had a very “able” employee working there who might be considered disabled by many employers. His visual handicap was turned into a strength by choosing a job for him that he was well suited for. Great practice, thank you and Charlie was a gem!

The store was literally closing I rushed in asked staff to point me in the direction of the heaters as our furnace in our building that we house homeless veterans just went down and it be a couple days before can be fixed and needed heaters desperately. Staff took me right to them and asked if they could help on pricing -to help our homeless men and women veterans- this the manager Anthony Fronek was called to assist ( now remember store was closed now) He patiently and happily helped me in the situation and came through in a big way thank you Home Depot for what you do in our community-

First I want to say thanks for making this an amazing shopping experience to the whole store and staff. Customers looked happy! Even the parking lot attendant greeted me. So in my eyes the whole store should receive recognition! Patty from appliances took the time to take care of me, I felt special when leaving today, Patty and her department lead took care of a concern I had with a running promotion from LG. Outstanding experience!

Every visit to Home Depot is a pleasure. I know I will find everything on my list and there are always employees to help me, if needed.

Everything was easy to find especially since their website has the location of each item when viewing said item.

Very rude when I asked for help getting something off the shelf she said there was no one to help me. So I wandered around until I found help. I could have climb the shelf fell and sued since no one wanted to help the disabled lady. When I went to self check out the same Jen who might have been head cashier told an old man asking for help with his home Depot card to use it next time if it isn't working instead of helping him. It's a shame that I had to experience this since I've always been team home Depot.

Marissa in paint was superb. Helped me get the right color after getting the wrong color. Didn't know to go outside to see the true color on the paint swatch. Helped me pick out the color I wanted. Ahilya at customer pick up was great. Found my packages in a timely manner and checked me out with my paint. Joy helped with the self check out so we didn't have to lug all the heavy salt pellet bags. It took no time at all to check out.

The most helpful, professional and polite service employees. The fact that I didn’t have to search high and low to find help saved me time and frustration! Thank you!

Love visiting this location. It has the friendliest and helpful employees. They make time for me. answer my questions and recognize me. If someone doesn't know or doesn't have the answer for me. they will reach out to another employee and toghether they find the solution.

We purchased flooring and they installed it, beautiful job.

I consistently shop here multiple times a week. Each time is pleasant.

We had some order issues. Management stepped right in, fixed all our issues. Very professional and we will definitely return .

I was at the store at 7:15 am .the Garden Center main entrance was closed. I bout 10 bags of mulch and 4 bags of crushed blue stone and had to roll the product into the store to check out. These it's were heavy. Garden Center should be open. I'm not a weight lifter

Always has what I’m looking for!

We go to this store alot and have always had great experiences. The workers are always friendly and helpful and I almost always find what I'm looking for

I have a Pro account, they send me little coupons from time to time and they don't ever seem to work. I can contact Corporate Customer Service, but headquarters can't help if you bought items in a store even though they send the non-working coupons out. Meh

I bought a ryobi saw and it was missing a tool so I went to go exchange it and now im back up and running

A hardware representative eagerly assisted us with a difficult door knob problem. She quickly new what should work for our door but took the extra step to ensure the best results. After opening the same set as we had purchased, she quickly fit a set screw. Then to ensure good results she sent us to the exact place in the store outside of her department. Our total trip time was under 15 minutes! Awesome!
