Javier, the assistant manager, helped me tremendously yesterday and gave me the personalized attention I would not expect from a big store. I can't thank him enough for his help finding the snowblower and bringing it to the front desk for me. This was my 3rd Home Depot store visit and thanks to Javier, I was able to finally get the snowblower I needed.

Customer service was terrible! A 10-15 min trip turned into a 2 hour ordeal. I had to return to the store and exchange items for the correct ones after waiting for assistance that never came and I opted to make a purchase without expert guidance despite having photographs of what I needed.

Today I witnessed an act of Shelflessness this young lady (Vanessa)never seems to amaze me whenever I shop at this location I've been to alsip, Chicago ridge, even Broadview just to name a few because Home Depot is my home away from home and nobody ever takes the time to help me the way this young does she's always smiling and laughing and ready to help today while in appliances two young kids walked up to her and wanted both her light up hat and necklace and she gave them both up to each child She explained that she does it every year. I cried she is so caring and sweet she helped me find all of my items and rang me up she is nothing short of a blessing to this store and many families who shop here I waitedd for a manager to tell him/her about my encounter today the store was busy and I had more stores to make I hope her manger knows what a good employee she is to have.

Associates like Arieneccia nice and helpful, the store clean and organized,which is a really good thing to see the moment you walk in.

I was there to pick up an order & buy another product. I was met with Vanessa & I didn't get the other young ladies name but they were both so nice, informative & funny early in the morning! I appreciated when I asked where was a product (putty knife), Vanessa told me exactly where to go (straight down lane ..., make a right & product will be on the right). I never have a problem getting assistance at this location.

It's like a candy store! Lots too choose from.

I had went to another Home Depot Location to place an order for delivery, the girl at the desk was rude. So we came to this store. Jaqueline was so helpful when placing our order. She asked many questions and helped us with our delivery!! She even offered us water while she worked on our order. Great great service. Will be coming here more often!!! -Sonya

WENT TO THE BEDFORD PARK IL. STORE. CASHIER WAS RUDE AND HAD NO RESPECT FOR VETERANS

Kimberly went out of her way to help me find a part for my weed cutter. She was very friendly and polite.

I was very satisfied today with my visit to the Bedford Park Home depot store. The store was very well stocked and in good order. Also the staff was very helpful. I will shop here for my future visits.

Enjoy shopping there, and they stand behind their products. We bought a tree there that died, and they gave us a store credit. We were pleased.

Letty the Sales Associate went above and beyond to help me get the product I needed.

Was quite please with my clerk, Kirk and how helpful he was in sharing information with me about the product as this is a first time project for me. I commend his knowledge and willingness to assist me.

I am in the middle of a bath room remodel job and have had to pick up different items throughout this past week. I've had a very good experience at this Home Depot thanks to many helpful employees. Shout out to Jesus for your hard work and going above and beyond to help me. Cashier Joyce, thank you for your out going friendliness and listening ear. Lastly, manager James you are doing a great job. Keep up the superb work everyone! Very happy with the products and availability of item as well.

Outstanding staff. They have more knowledge than other HDs I shop at. Glad to see Mike at the lumber desk back to work healthy and feeling better.

You can tell that the employees study their product here, and have some knowledge of what they are talking about, unlike some other hardware stores where they don't know anything.

Other stores may be bigger, but Home Depot had the specific items we were looking for.

Josh in tool rental dept was the greatest customer service. He had a lot of knowledge of the rental procedures and explained store policies and went above and beyond to make our shopping experience the greatest.

Two associates helped me while I shopped at your store today. Alex in the lumber section assisted me with a custom cut that I needed on some landscape timbers. This is a task that I would not have been able to do, at least not as well as Alex did. He was pleasant to speak with and was professional, skillful and a great representative for your store. I haven't been a regular Home Depot customer but now I'm more inclined to become one. One other "at-a-boy". The cashier in the garden section also helped me by answering some questions I had. She was knowledgeable and also presented a positive attitude. I believe this to be "Selena". Thank you both.

Upon entering the store, it was bright and inviting. The products were easy to locate with items labels were items were in proper place. I had initial contact with an employee, but services required escalation. I purchased a defective water heater and was not very pleased with the manufacturer. However, James, the manager actively listened and offered solutions. The mannerism he displayed went above and beyond my expectations. James could diffuse without being condescending, resulting in exemplary customer service, which is why Home Depot is the best home improvement store. He as impressive and should be acknowledged.

Always find products I need at store

If you have a chance to shop here, ask for James. He is friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. He will assist you from start to finish!

The staff at this location and knowledgeable and friendly. Location and variety of options are great. I would recommend this location for all your tools and products!
