I enjoyed shopping there. The help was great and the many products were neatly arranged and easy to choose from. From the time we entered the store until the time we left there was no frustration that sometimes comes with trying to choose what one needs in their home repaires. It was relatively quick and very satisfactory.

Lura a customer associate greeted me and led me to where I could find what I was looking for. Since it was early in the morning , she was able to check me out at the register and sign me up for a Home Depot card.

I was shopping your promotion for cleaning supplies which state spend $50 on a particular brands you wil save $10. When it rang up I only saved eight dollars and 50 Cent. I am informed the representative whom got a supervisor by the name of Colleen and her reply was no it’s $8.50. I proceeded to tell her that the amount said $10 on all the displays and shippers if I spent $50. I was spending $57 prior to taxes. She decides to walk over there with me as she sees the same thing that I told her. She still wants to argue that she’s right. But yet when I use the app for the same items i receive the discount of $10.

FOR THE PAST TWENTY YEARS, I HAVE ALWAYS USED HOME DEPOT IN BEDFORD PARK, ILLINOIS FOR MY HARDWARE AND TOOLS. IF I AM OUT OF TOWN, WORKING IN OTHER STATES, I HAVE FOUND THAT HOME DEPOT HAS ALWAYS BEEN THERE FOR ME. WHEN I WORKED IN MICHIGAN, THE STORES THERE WERE ALWAYS SUPPLIED WITH THE TOOLS THAT I NEEDED AND THE PROFESSIONALISM WAS ON POINT, JUST LIKE MY STORE IN BEDFORD PARK. I HAVE FOUND, THAT HOME DEPOT IS A GREAT PLACE TO SHOP FOR TOOLS AND ACCESSORIES. MY MAIN STORE IN BEDFORD PARK HAS EVERYTHING THAT I HAVE NEEDED FOR MY; HOME IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS, CONSTRUCTION, CONTRACTING JOBS AND SPECIALTY TOOLS. OVERALL, I LOVE SHOPPING AT HOME DEPOT AND I TRY TO VISIT MY LOCAL STORE EVERY WEEK.

I like this store because it usually has everything that I need in stock. However, I feel like Home Depot as a brand needs their stores to be rearranged to make it easier to navigate.

Very bad sales floor employees. No one seem to know anything about the plumbing products and didn’t seem to care to assist me in another way. The sales floor employees were talking on the cell phones while working and were even acknowledging me to see if I needed help. Won’t be going back there again.

Johnny, the store supervisor came to the rescue and provided excellent customer. Johnny and his employees, Sam and Tom were kind to my elderly mom and helped us to our car. Great Job!!
