I have done in store purchases and had contractors come to my home through home depot. Every experience I've had has been superb from information to installation. JJessi in hardware and Jen in customer service are wonderful people to work with and should be rewarded for their great personality and expertise.

My late husband was a builder and as a family we would visit the store quite often. Since his passing in 2016, it has been difficult to browse the store because he's not there. I just bout a small home in Petoskey and it needs work so it's been nice browsing through the store again. I'm learning as I go with little jobs and everyone has been very helpful. I can't remember his name in Electric (he's a VET) but he too is always very kind. Everyone working there seems happy, I think your company must take care of their employees. Please continue to do so because it makes our experience shopping there more pleasurable, even during these difficult times with inflation as a result of this new administration.

Store is convenient, good selection and courteous staff. Cahier Jill is engaging and very friendly. Always a good experience at Home Depot.

I am so thankful for employees Salli, Wendy, and Emily, who solved a tricky return for me. Sally was honest with me saying that it might not be possible, but then found a way to make it happen. In such a crazy year of covid, and delays, and difficulty finding electricians, plumbers, etc, this was a happy solution. I appreciate them very much and hope that they are valued for their work and kindness. Thanks!

I’ve shopped Home Depot as far south as Key West Florida and as far north as Petoskey Michigan. You can go anywhere in America and Home Depot stores are primarily set up fairly similar. It’s the people that make the difference and it all starts at the top. Petoskey Michigan, my home store, i couldn’t ask for a better experience. Wife and I moved up here from South East Michigan two years ago and the employees here are the best.

Do not have them install your flooring I waited almost 5 months and never did get it installed it was messed up every way you can think of, I will never deal with them again.

Store and environment kept very clean and orderly especially more so during the infection going on for the last year. Very much impressed how they are handling this all!

The gentleman that I had talked to at the pro desk wasn't very helpful at all. I had what looked like a small list of items to get. He just said that he would have someone come and help me load up a cart. I mentioned that it was way more than would fit in a cart. It didn't seem to matter to him. He called for someone to assist me and to stand over near the end of aisle 22. I stood there for about 10-12 minutes and no one came. I went throughout the store and picked up the smaller items that would fit in a cart. I loaded it up with some lumber on top and pushed it to the pro desk area. I then grabbed my second cart and loaded it up with some sheets of foam board and 15 bags of fiberglass insulation. As I waited for 20 minutes for one customer to get checked out that had very few items I was finally able to get checked out. I also had to get 54 sheets of 7/16 osb. I told this to the cashier right away. That cashier is very new and was having a hard time remembering what I asked for. To much pressure for this cashier. After I was checked out, the people were very helpful with loading up my truck and trailer. Customer service has declined.

The Petoskey Home Depot is staffed with knowable curtious employees with actual how to experience. Even in this time of Covid 19 / facemarks you can still feel the smiles from the staff at the store in Petoskey!

Store doesn't enforce safe Covid-19 practices. Many maskless patrons. Enter if you dare.

I am an elderly widow and when I come in with a problem, the employees are most willing and helpful. They go out of their way to help me and make suggestions of how to fix the problem. They also are very respectful and they do not talk down to me or try to make me feel stupid. I really appreciate that!

Good as its gonna get..!

The associates who helped we get a husky 46inch tool chest into the back of my midsize suv were tremendous. I could have done it without them. They are tremendous customer service oriented associates! They are great asset to the store. It has made me want to come to this store for all my needs that you carry in this store. In this era of Covid-19 they gave great customer service while social distancing. This includes the cashiers that called these gentlemen to help us.

The store could use some more associates but the ones they have are very knowledgeable and always willing to help.

All of the employees I encountered were pleasant, made eye contact and said "hi". The store was neat and clean and well stocked.

People were helpful , found everything I was looking for , plenty of stock , checkout was easy.

There are no dumb questions at Home Depot. Service is always friendly and quick. People are respectful and practice social distancing.

I had three extremely helpful employees who did everything they could to fulfill my items and they were able to. This Home Depot has exceptional customer service. This is how it should look everywhere!

Much more on top of customer service!! Gaylord store needs a lot of work!
