I thought I would stop at Home Depot, Petoskey,Mi to check out the new ridgid drills. A young employee, Jennifer asked if she could help in anyway. I said, that I am on a tight budget and my old Ridgid drill 2010 works except one of the 2 batteries died. She said they have some 18volt Ridgid batteries and chargers for clearance.Such a DEAL I bought two! I should be ok for another 14 years! Thank You Jennifer & Home Depot@

I went looking for two little pots of succulents for gifts, and found a lovely selection of succulent at the Home Depo plant department. The were all well watered. some still dripping, and all the plants looked very healthy! I had a great selection and found the perfect gifts for my friends. Looking for some good, HEALTHY, well cared for, plants? Go to Home Depo! The plants are beautiful and HEALTHY!

We had a pleasant experience tonight in the plumbing department. Bill, a HD employee, was very knowledgeable and very helpful while we were trying to find our supplies for our new home. He Nailed It!

I have seen the same employees here for a decade or more, many of whom I know from the community. What is more, is that the crew is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It’s one of the main things that keeps me coming back.

Bought a fridge and was instructed to make sure we let it stand upright for at least 24 hours if we laid down to transport. However, the stock handler that loaded it automatically laid it down. When I told him about the instructions we'd been given, he was totally unaware of it. Not a huge deal, but hopefully will help someone in future that needs to use their newly purchased fridge right away.

Brenda, Scott, our sales person was very helpful, very knowledgeable, and so personable.

Purchased a Kitchen Air Refrigerator and Dishwasher on May 30, as well as three Kohler toilets. Every employee I encountered was friendly and helpful. The store is very clean and fully stocked.

The staff greeted me and ask if I needed any help in a couple departments. In the appliance department the staff took plenty of time explaining products, delivering options and were very knowledgeable

It is unusual today at large stores to find people that will help when you need them. I went to Home Depot with some trepidation about find out what I needed to buy flooring, cabinets, appliances but I did find folks at every department to help.

In the past month, I have worked with Rob at the Pro Desk on 2 occasions. He has been responsive, offered problem-solving solutions and when I ran into an issue followed through in a timely manner to make sure it was resolved.

Brenda Scott was our sales clerk and was very helpful and courteous.

The whole experience was amazing. Steve and Jennifer went above and beyond for us. I was suffering from a migraine and Jennifer gave me some of her own personal ibuprofen to help me out. Steve gave my family some free waters as well.

I had to get a price adjustment on some plants that were on sale and Salli at the Customer Service desk was fabulous in understanding my concern, and taking care of the price adjustment with no issue or delay. The SC desk has always been very helpful when I needed them. Makes for a pleasant shopping experience and no stress.
