During this time of Covid 19 i think i may have been to the Batavia Home Depot about 5 times a week. Each and every time i leave satisfied with the help i received and the products i needed to purchase. Every person i have dealt with has been very helpful. I continue to use this store nearly everyday!

The employees were very helpful and friendly. The store seemed to have things organized for checking out during this pandemic. We were directed to the department that we needed to go to.

They have a great supply of products. Anytime we need to go to Home depot we make the trip out to the Batavia store.

My husband and I have completed many,many home projects over many years. We have always shopped at the Batavia store. We have always been treated with respect and have always been satisfied with the results of our business at Batavia Home Depot.

I always enjoy my time walking threw the my hoe depot stores. even when i don't have anything to buy lol. And even though sometimes the employees seem to young to have any knowledge on what i'm going to ask them they always blow my mind with the knowledge that they have on what ever the project is that i'm working .

Please put the Rock Salt in a more accessible spot that at the Exit, especially in February! The employee I asked was very helpful and led me to the pallet. It just would have been nicer if I had been able to walk in with a cart, get it and leave!

In the last month. 3 times I did not receive the bag that I paid for of small stuff the cash register person just kept it. So you want to make sure you get all your product or otherwise you drive home back drive back to get the stuff that you paid for. So if I steal it I go to jail. So if I pay for something they don't give it to me isn't that stealing

Bought the trim puller today! Works great to take off trim, so you don't leave marks on the dry wall, makes no holes in the wall, and you don't destroy your molding and trim... little pricey, but when you figure what it saves you, it balances it out!

What a fantastic shopping experience from the time I set foot inside the store until I checked out and left! Very helpful employees that treated us with dignity and respect. Their down to earth friendliness and genuine concern for us finding everything that we needed to complete the project was welcome and appreciated. Shout outs to Matt, Tonette, Tom, Warren, Chris C. ,Erin S. and honestly I know that I am Missing someone LOL. I'll be back and spreading the word to everyone I know! Thank You!!

Very glad this is my local store. You do a great job at providing the most professional services.

Nice store but appliance delivery and system stink. Store does not stock anything on sale, it comes from a 3rd party delivery which apparently does not care about customers. Waited 2 weeks for a delivery date, waited around all that day, nothing, no call, status check system did not work, on hold listening to music too long. Better off spending more at a real appliance dealer.

This is our Home Depot of choice. The service is excellent. The employees are very courteous and helpful. Prices are competitive. Store is clean and orderly, even the rest rooms.
