Chris in the door section is incredibly patient and helpful with well rounded knowledge of the products and custom design options.

The younger employees don’t respect the older employees. They are always together chatting and playing on their phones. Most of the younger staff don’t even know the departments to be helpful to customers!!!

Supervisor was very rude and the Cashier Matthew refused to tell us who the supervisors name was so i could call the next business day and talk to the store manager about her.

We just finished a bathroom remodel and got everything we needed from Home Depot. Wonderful products to chose from and it turned out great! Now we are getting supplies for Kitchen remodel. We had great customer service in purchasing our flooring from a young man named Skylar. Can't wait to put in our new flooring! The customer service desk was awesome when we returned items we didn't need for our bathroom remodel.

We had a large order and needed help putting it all together. Between Kim and Dixie, they got it all sorted out and helped us decide how to pay for it. They are top notch, friendly and knowledgeable. If they didn't know something, they found the answer for us. You can't ask for more than that! We did not feel rushed or made to feel like we were an annoyance. It was a pleasurable experience!

I purchased several Melamine shelves made by Rubbermaid in April 2021. I need 2 more 1"x6"x24" Melamine shelved. This item has not been restocked since April.

I bought my koolatron freezer last year. Just the right size I needed.

The staff is friendly and helpful. On our visit we had the help of Mike and Jared. These 2 guys went above and beyond helpful to us. They were by far the nicest and kindest associates we had ever dealt with. Thank you Mike and Jared, and the wedding couple extremely happy with our gift. I always have had good experiences at this Home Depot. This most recent trip was for a larger (appliance) purchase and it was made into a great experience because of Sharon. She was super kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.

This location is unique by providing a completely different experience than other locations or home improvement stores. We drive 25 minutes out of our way just to go here. The team members and managers have impressed us multiple times with their genuine desire to please the customer and provide us the best experience. I’ve had multiple dealings with returns and purchasing major appliances and floors… you name it. And I’m always given professional and kind customer service that keeps me coming back.

We had an employee named Sharon take care of us. Our stove broke and we right away went to Home Depot to get a new one. Sharon was so accommodating and ensured we were happy with our purchase. She spent so much time reiterating that upon delivery we needed to make sure we were happy with our product. I appreciated that immensely. It shows she cares. 10/10 service

My husband is a contractor, I do some interior design and home renovation work on the side, and we have our own fixer-upper house, so we are at Home Depot ALL THE TIME. The staff at the Batavia Home Depot is consistently knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I feel like the sales people are looking out for my best interest, not trying to get me to buy something or up sell me, and I really appreciate that. I’ve ordered larger items and appliances to be delivered and the delivery service is consistently on schedule.

What a mess. Stuff all over the floors. Staff all talking and joking with each other and won't even make eye contact with you let alone offer to help. Plenty of staff available too. I have never been in a worse Home Depot.

The employees and manager were not interested in assisting me and expressed indifference for my concerns.

Tired of this store giving me a hard time about my trained service dog, because a cashier has a fear of dogs.

only down side is the Covid shortages in some departments, but generally they have what I need (even when I have to ask to find it). Only ever had two negative experiences (both same employee) in the time since this store opened (16 years ago??) Many of the employees know my face but they do know my dog's name (guess he is more popular than I am). This is without a doubt one of the best places to shop in Batavia.

A very helpful gentleman asked me if I needed some help. He listened to my project and gave me some suggestions and helped me get my product on my cart.
