Decent store with reasonable prices. My only gripe is that may more expensive products are locked up. I understand that this is to deter shoplifting, However, it would be nice to have a button or light to summon an employee with a key. Otherwise, a fine store.

Since inheriting my mother's older home I have done Many upgrades and used Home Depot for all my purchasing, delivering and installing. I have never had a bad experience (and even when things may not have gone smoothly I have always been treated favorably with concern and compensation.) Over the past several years I have replaced hot water heater, washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, carpeting, living room blinds, toilets, vanity, lighting, storm door and probably more. Their products are high quality, priced with in reason and financing available. I would recommend them to anyone.

Between items not being scannable, which wasted my time at self checkout, being given a $1.48 store credit when I returned about $50 in unused parts, I would assume the only reason anybody shops at this Home Depot is because there is no Lowe’s in town.

Matt B. Was extremely helpful in helping me purchase a sump pump and all the necessary items I needed to install it. Jacob was an amazing friendly and nice cashier. Both made my shopping trip amazing!

I do look forward to shopping for supplies I need at Home Depot in Batavia ny. I have shopped in other Home Depot stores, the layout is very similar but not as tidy or as friendly as Batavia.

With the employs they have there it was easy to find anything that you want

The employees at this particular store make the difference I've been shopping here for 15 years and the atmosphere here has remained consistent with knowledgeable people that make you feel welcome and show your appreciation for shopping here they always make me smile even on the worst of days

Needed to purchase a sliding glass door replacement. Chris Savage in Millwork really helped us. He kept us informed via email / phone and finally in person at the Batavia Store. Thank you Chris! You made the process very easy from choosing the door, the trims and having the installer come out to measure and finally the purchase.

Our Kitchen remodeling was a wonderful experience! Couldn't be happier! Kurt, Ben, and Kevin were always an email away. We worked mainly with Kurt, so I would refer him in a second! He was friendly, helpful, gave opinions that changed the direction of the vision in a positive way! Couldn't have done this without him! Our slider door experience didn't go as well. It leaked a month after install. We decided to pay the install price b/c we feared exactly what happened if we did it ourselves..leaks, Contractor left all cardboard which would normally be fine, but it states in the contract he/she would take the mess with them. After numerous attempts for home depot to rectify the situation, he finally came back.

This store is so fun for us that we spend “date nights” there. We’re working on our house, updating it. I like their ice cold cokes and the staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Home Depot seems to have been working on customer service. For the past year, no problems at all with employee attitude and most of the older good folks are still there. The new "kids" (under 25's) are also remarkable in their customer service and knowledge. They actually look up locations and take you there. Covid has limited some product arrivals but overall this is my favorite hardware/lumber store in the greater Batavia area

My favorite Home Depot. It is less cluttered than other stores. We live half way between the Henrietta and Batavia store. Henrietta is always crowded and sometimes parking lot is full. I seem to have a better overall experience at the Batavia location.

I believe the most important aspect in designing a kitchen or bath is to the have the design and the products fit your specific needs. My wife and I were very impressed with the kitchen and bath designer at the Batavia Home Depot. He took a lot of time in asking questions to determine exactly what our goals and needs were. He was very knowledgeable in the various design possibilities and in the products and accessories that were needed. Also, this store was well stocked with various products to chose from. Another advantage was their kitchen displays which made us comfortable in the products that we selected. Everything we needed was under one roof here in our home town.
