The wife and I were shopping for new flooring to replace our old worn out one. We looked around at all the options and Bridget was extremely nice, patient, and knowledgeable. With out her help the wife and I would not have found or agreed on anything! We ending up going with flooring that wasn't on the shelf. Thank you Bridget!!!

Barbra went out of her way to help me locate an item that was not with items of the same type. I really appreciate Barbra having the patience taking the time to fine the item was located on a different aisle in the manufactures display area. Thanks Barbra!!

I have done thousands of dollars of business with my Home Depot and have always received the best of service from all the employees. I do not shop at any other hardware stores because Home Depot always has what I am looking for either at the store or online. I give my Home Depot 5 stars!

I am an investor/builder. I placed an order with prodesk and informed them I would be there Saturday morning to pick it up and they said no problem it would be ready. Prodesk is off on weekends and when I showed up, my order wasn’t even started. After a cashier frantically went looking for the person would would be gathering, that person wouldn’t do it so the store manager was called. Long story shorter, the guy that initially refused wound up putting it together. This was making me really late and had an unhappy crew of workers and a homeowner at a residence waiting for the very moment I would arrive and it was getting longer by the minute. When i noticed they were approaching about halfway of gathering my order I went to look for store manager to inform him how this long delay was affecting my business, employees, and customer. Jose the store manager came to speak with me and was unapologetic, uncaring, and told me my order was done and loaded in which he was flat out lieing. he had no clue what was going on because I had literally just walked over from there and exactly knew where they were with the order I brought him up to speed again and he was still uncaring. Most notably telling me that he was in the same position as me as a worker had called in and other customers orders (who weren’t even in the store at the time) were also delayed. And then asked me if I needed anything else. I just asked where to leave my review. He told me to check the receipt and happily walked away very nonchalantly I felt disrespected, and experienced a level of unprofessionalism I had never experienced before from Home Depot and quite literally caught me off guard as I shop there a lot. It seems to be most logical to now start trying Lowe’s or other local building supply stores that maybe aren’t so busy or are a little more friendly to work with. Everyone makes their choice but I hope no one has to go through a similar experience as I went through at this Home Depot. Especially when it’ll cost you like it did me.

I cannot say enough how friendly and helpful all the sales associates were, my new home improvement store!!

From the moment I enter the door, I am met with a smile and a greeting. From every employee I pass, I receive the same. I find what I am looking for easily as all the aisles are well marked as to what is on each. If I can't find what I want, employees are always available to assist me. I love My Home Depot!

Very helpful, cheerful, people in all areas! I love Home Depot! They helped me find what I needed in less time than me looking by myself! Only complaint would be that sometimes it was hard to find a person in an area I was looking for.

We tried to return a $10 item we bought at another Home Depot 3 hours away and they would not return it even though we had the receipt and it was just 2 weeks ago. They said we had to drive 3 hours and return it at that store. We talked to the manager of the store we bought it at and he said that is not true let me call the store manager there. He couldn’t get ahold of the manager. We asked to speak to the manager and waited 20 mins and no one came. We did see someone on a cordless phone talking not sure if that was the manager but he kept avoiding us. We left. We have to buy a few more large appliances and will be taking our business elsewhere.

It's the only Home Depot in the area and I'm glad it's here.
