This store is clean and well organized. CS reps are roaming through out the store for help

The employees were friendly and helpful. We got in and out in a short period of time. They loaded up the tiller for us quickly and efficiently.

Great staff! Got all the supplies (except maybe door deals when yiu come late) that you could want/need, and not even know you need... shout out to Johnsy! Have a safe trip my friend! See ya in a couple weeks

I do not live in Bastrop, TX but I have been coming to this store for many years. Before, I lived in Austin, Texas and the store that I used to purchased items for my projects cannot compare with the Home Depot in Bastrop. I can recommend this store to anyone.

I do not live in Bastrop however stopped as I was passing through. I will drive the distance to come here in the future, which is about an hour. Store was clean, very well stocked but most of all employees were very personable, helpful and I did not have to load my own stuff!

The employees at this store greeted me right off the bat, introduced themselves and said to call on them for any help I might need--I really appreciated that! I ended up purchasing a riding lawn mower even though I was only going in to look around today. Great sales and store looked clean and well-stocked--I would shop here again.

The Bastrop store employee Johnsy was a great help with a purchase I did not have any knowledge in. He was very knowledgeable in many different areas, very friendly and helpful.

Home Depot is my "go to store" for all of my construction and gardening needs. The employees are always friendly and accommodating to my requirements. They have helped me with home remodeling projects, new construction, and even were there for us when we lost our home in 2011 to the Bastrop wildfires. When we rebuilt our new home in 2012, all of the electrical lighting,ceiling fans, bathroom fixtures, and kitchen fixtures were purchased at Home Depot.

Staff are extremely helpful and willing to go the extra miles to satisfy customer's needs.

Light bulbs to everything we needed to build our home in 2008 made us happy to have a large Home Depot not far from where we built our new home after we moved out of Austin to the country!! We got GREAT discounts and so much help, it was a breeze to shops there!

I am in DESPERATE Need of a Chest Type Deep Freeze. "Chris" (a young Lady in the Appliance Department) was readily available to answer my questions, (which were few). I knew what I wanted, even having the Model number of the Chest Freezer. Basically, she took my order and finalized the purchase. It could not have been easier. This entire transaction was completed from the comfort of my home while she was on duty at my Bastrop, TX., Home Depot some 35 miles away. bcg
