Can't wait to us my brand new m18 Milwaukee brushless compact/drill set

I bought 6 sage plants back in April to put around our newly installed deck. All 6 survived the drought and are growing like crazy.

Sorry attitude and disrespect by her while purchasing my $3699 lawn mower. She would no honor an online ad by HomeDepot, saying it was nationwide and did not apply to "her" store.

Tim and Home Depot Lawn and Garden was a major help with plants and assisting me with my purchases. Thanks to both cashiers also!

Cindee and Allen were great , courtesy and professional when helping me with my hardy board order for my exterior home remodel.

I rented the largest 18inch trencher that the store offered. Got it home and started trenching at 12 inches. The website information stated it would trench 10 feet per minute. That was a lie. We stared in wet Sandy loam and transitioned to damp clay. It took us 4 hours to go 100 feet. We could only run at a depth of 12 inches for about 30 feet and had to raise it up to 6 inches to keep moving. The chain would stop running if you put too much reverse and would stop again if it hit a 3 inch rock. Like I said the trencher is an under powered piece of crap. It took use all day and 5 tanks of gas to dig 150 feet. Really a bad experience. Will not advise anyone to rent these machines.

Tried to bring back my Ridgid orbital sander it has a lifetime warranty. Found out that Home Depot doesn’t honor the warranty any more. Which is fine. But I asked a simple question “ does Home Depot still sell this product “ That’s when the employee told me if I go into the store I will be checked to see if a new sander war in the box. Basically he was insinuating that I might still a sander. Really ticked me off. More than that it hurt my feelings. Never thought I’d be excused ff stealing. His boss came over and told me he was just telling me Home Depot policies , that sounds good but how many policies do they have, why didn’t he tell me about all the policies? Never been told about a Home Depot policy without asking.

This location regularly does not bring in lumber and material carts for customers - youll have to fetch them your self. Unlike other locations this location also will not let you use the drive through when buying large lumber or thousands of pounds of concrete unless they get to "play with their toys" ( fork lift ) and only then if you are buying an unopened pallet of concrete mortar mix Need lumber off an unbroken bundle on a high rack? after 35 min and asking 5 times i gave up don't bother asking for a manager - they are usually missing and cannot show up for at least 15 minutes.

Poor experience all the way around. No assistamce. Difficult to check out and load.

An employee took our cart that we loaded and gave it to another customer. When my husband found our cart, the manager told him that another employee had loaded the cart for the other customer. I explained to her that it was in fact our cart and I helped my husband load it. She turned to me and said "no you didn't ma'am." When I asked if she was calling me a liar, she walked away. Our cashier, Shirley, apologized for the manager's behavior.

Johnsy spent nearly an hour of his time troubleshooting my pro account. His knowledge and patience will save me tons of money in the future.

I had to order an AC unit and the employee was so helpful, because I really didn't know what to do...so greatful for their help!

Always very helpful and polite.

An associate (Michele) went above and beyond to help me with an appliance purchase even though she did not work in that department.

Bill D. From lumber was my savior today. I couldn’t find the product that I needed and when originally I found what I think might fit for a reasonable price I took the insulation to the first cashier Yesenia. It rang up as 66$. When I saw that I asked to make sure that was the price, when I saw the sticker above it say 27.99. She was abrupt and rude saying “Yep, that’s the price.” So I decided to go back and look because I needed something a little more in budget. That’s when Bill D. Came to my rescue. He saw me staring at all the different rolls looking like a lost deer in the headlights. He helped me go through them and found that the items stickers were placed in the wrong corresponding spots. He helped me find the item I needed and even said he could get me a discount due to my original item not being in stock and for my trouble. We walked up to a different Cashier Shirley who was also gracious and courteous. They both were so kind and helpful!! Other than Yesenias crappy attitude, this store has been so great at helping us get what we need. Now my home and my family are staying much cooler in this Texas heat because I was able to get the supplies I needed at a reasonable price. Thank you Bill and Shirley!! I highly recommend either of these workers to help you with your needs, and we will be back!!

I was shopping for a deal I saw online for Milwaukee tools and a young man help me find everything I needed. And a cheerful cashier Dylan helped me at the self checkout register. Everyone is so kind here and eager to assist customers.

I was looking for a product to fit my specialty needs for a home improvement project and the associate Tommi, and the manager Christina were able to help locate it quickly!

I shop all over Bastrop and often need to shop at home improvement stores! NOTHING beats the Bastrop Home Depot!!! Yes it's busy yes the lot is full of trucks well thats because those of us who know shop at the best and that's Bastrop Home Depot.

The Day was busy tons of people shopping but it was still easy shopping at the Bastrop TX Home Depot

Shelves were full and was in and out thanks to Anne!!! What pleasure it was to shop at this Home Sepot

I shop Bastrop store regularly as I live in a "fixer upper". I buy and return items regularly. The service on returns has been exceptional. Very understanding store manager and staff.
