The associates at The Depot were all friendly, kind and courteous.

I'd like to mention something about one of your employees. I am handicapped and must use a cane to get around. When the fellow who collects carts in the parking lot sees me he always brings over a cart for me to use. It certainly makes my life a lot easier. I 'd like to mention him for you in management to encourage other employees to keep there eyes open in the parking lot to assist handicapped people like myself.

Having worked at a different Home Depot for some time, I have seen the best and worst of HomeDepot (just being honest). Also, having been through a remodel project of my own (spending almost $10k on everything from blinds and electrical to toilets and tile), there weren't many departments I didn't talk to. Above and beyond, this store has proven a great resource for helpful advice and great customer service... special mention to Russel MacPherson(SP?) in Flooring and Ron in electrical - they truly went above and beyond to help in my last trips there helping give the advice I needed to finish the job without needing to hire someone!!!

As a building manager I have shopped at a lot of home improvement stores. The Bartlett Home depot is head and shoulders the best run store I've worked with. From management to the the cart guy this place runs like a store should. Well done Bartlett Home Depot!. keep up the great work!

Employees have excellent Customer Service and are always willing to help.

Over the past several months, customer service at this store has crashed and burned. On line order pickup process is lengthy and simply not worth it. H.D. Associates at Customer Service desk are frustrated with computer malfunction, understandably so, but incapable of expediting the process when the computers fail (they don't even ask for the paper receipt I printed after ordering on line). Floor associates don't offer to help you load lumber, when purchasing same. Getting assistance to load your vehicle is hardly available. If it weren't for the fact that I literally live less than half a mile away from this particular store, I'd never shop here again.

Whenever I go to this store, I never feel like a dumb girl. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. They even give me suggestions that I truly appreciate. I am not the handiest and they make me feel like I actually know what I am doing. Most of my projects look really good!

The store in Bartlett lacks a sufficient stock of Electrical Building materials!

Fantastic customer support. Mike G was very knowledgeable about products and procedures. We were trying to tackle several projects at once and he offered various options to save time and money. Spent quality time with out rushing us out. He approached us to see how he can help. Grateful for the pleasant experience. Our new stop for all our projects and needs.

Good help in the electrical and plumbing dept.

The absolute worst store I have ever been in to not only find things because of the way the isle guides are laid out for whats in the isle but just trying to find ANYONE at ANY TIME to help you is nearly impossible. If you do find anyone the attitude of every employee is "oh no another customer bothering me", what great service! Did you ever wonder why your parking lots are empty compared to a Menard's for example and why you rarely have any women shopping the store mostly contractors like me? I know why, i hear people talk about it all the time. Focus on customer service, better isle layout and help, signs for what is actually in the isle not posted flat at the end of the isle but out from the isle high enough to be seen from a better distance. When you do find someone they don't usually work in that dept and the hunt starts all over again! The worst part tonight NOT ONE PERSON KNEW WHERE THINGS WERE SUCH AS CABINETS! Oh i'm in plumbing they said i don't know where they would be. Great training! Do you think they offered to help? Absolutely not, and you want me to spend my money at your store! I think not.

Prices are comparable and closer to my location

I spend thousands of dollars every year on home needs for my home and other properties that I maintain. Last year I put new flooring in and paint and other needs from this store only. Barb at this store is always very helpful on my large purchases. She needs to be the store manager one day. I always get help finding things, help from Barb with installers and large home purchases when I have problems. Overall this store is my main resource for all my home improvement products.

An early evening visit for a specific audio item, I searched the store inventory on line, found the item in stock in a reliable quantity to make the trip successful. The store stock is orderly, clean isles, checkout by register or self. Friendly staff and well lighted store, I have been a customer for 12 years. So glad you are in my neighborhood!

We live just a couple of blocks away and this is a great and easy store to shop. People are very kind. The only thing is I wish they would have a wider variety of finishes as far as home remodeling. From tiles to doors, they seem to just have the basic. This does not ring true in all departments.

The sales person was very helpful. He helped me find what I needed was very knowledgeable about the product.

Ordered an EGO Cordless Snow Blower online and picked it up at the store. The customer service reps were very friendly and processed by pickup quickly.

I have shopped since the grand opening and never been disappointed by the attentive knowledgeable employees and the variety of products/pricing to meet our vast homeowners needs! (tools, garden, supplies/materials)

1964 Home Depot is awesome and employees always greet you unlike other stores. The staff is always willing to help and will go above and beyond to make you happy.

This store is conveniently located on RT59 in Bartlett, as close to a residential area as possible,which makes it more appealing to the everyday "handyman".The store is always immaculate and the customer service is the best.I love to shop there because you can get anything you need for everyday projects.And if there is something you are unable to find,there is always a Home Depot employee available to help.Great service,great prices and great location.Need I say more?
