Best home depot

Many workers have an arrogance. I rarely have anyone offer assistance. The best service that Ive received has been from Bob G. He knows how to make a customer feel appreciated. I've shopped in this store since it opened. I live in the community and frequent this store often.

The customer service that I get from this store is always top notch. When someone can't answer a question they will find someone who can.

The Bartlett store is on my way to work and I can rely on the floor sales people to go out of there way to quickly help locate the needed items on my shopping list. Store is clean and well organized, good parking and located in a area that your not fighting traffic to get in and out.

Scheduled a flooring measurement for a Saturday. They were to call me and schedule, but they did not. It is always disappointing to clear your schedule for these "time window of an entire day" appointments, to not have the contractor show up. I hope to get my 35 dollars back?

Employees in this location are super helpful and knowledgeable about product and projects. Always will be our go to store for home needs.

I love this Home Depot! Everyone is so friendly and helpful, and nobody judges me being a single mom who knows nothing about home repair and lawn supplies. I highly recommend this store.

Very clean, outstanding customer service.

My husband and I had a very nice experience at the Bartlett Home Depot store. Not only 1 employee, but a total of 3 employees were extremely active in helping us find the last patio dining set available in the store. They all went out of their way to help us. In the end, they were able to find this dining set, get a forklift to take the set down from a top shelf, and bring to us for purchase. Kudos to Home Depot!

Although I have shopped this store since it's grand opening and have experience good service and advice on my various projects and have come to rely on it for more of my needs. Like a lot of busy people I avoid the holidays for shopping - However I did experience exceptional service this past Saturday when shopping with my daughter and wife ( a task in itself!) We could not walk down a isle with out someone offering to help and when checking out a mixed cart full it went like clock worth. Congrids!

The construction makes it a pain to get to the store

This particular store has very friendly service and I enjoy going to this location.

They definitely need more cabinet design people available for customers especially in the evening. Tried at 2 different stores to try and spend my money there. Took over a month to get it finally done. Morgan Granata was great once I was able to get an appointment to sit and discuss. Although I had an appointment for another associate but she took a new walk in customer right before we came in for ours and was not available. Speaking with appliance associates in both of the HD stores, they said they get customers coming in all the time in the evening that want to talk with a cabinet design person and purchase cabinets but no one is available. Seems like you are loosing good money. I spoke with one manager and said that day person was only there till 4pm M-F and other was part time. Ok

I like to shop there because the store is well organized and the staff is friendly and very helpful.

The customer service in this location was above outstanding! Lenny in appliances, the customer service desk staff and Erin at the check out were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. It actually shocked me that the service in more then one department was this great. Thank you for a great experience, you've gained a customer for life.
