Whenever I go in there everyone is so helpful. I frequently need assistance determining what I actually need for a project and then, where to find it. Today it was a spark plug and "Grandma" Robin greeted me, walked me over to the right area and then proceeded to go through each spark plug until she could find something she knew was compatible. That would have taken me all afternoon and, chances are, I would have selected the wrong one (they had different code numbers than the one I was replacing. She did all of this with a smile and made me feel welcome. I think she was more excited when she figured it out than I was. I brought it home, swapped it out and my generator started on the first pull! Thanks Robin and thanks The Home Depot in Bartlett for having such a great staff. I had a similar story with two gentlemen in lighting that went beyond the call. It's great to not only have people that are helping you, but seem to really enjoy doing so.

Great store; have shopped their hundreds of times over the years, and always find what I need and am always welcomed by the friendly staff.

Most of the associates are helpful and courteous. The store is clean and organized.

Love this store. It has SAMPLES of their products, unlike "other" stores with empty sample containers. Everywhere I turned, this store had people asking me if I needed any help. So nice not to have to go search out someone to get answers. I didn't need help in flooring dept. as I was there just to get carpet samples for a future project. I was asked if I needed help. I didn't think I needed help, until I was shown options I didn't know existed! (Pet friendly) Samples galore! I wasn't charged for them either. Paint dept. told me a site to go to when I got home for step-by-step procedure of a paint issue. It worked! At checkout, the friendly cashier didn't rush me through as I had a person with a large haul behind me. He took the time to alleviate any stress I had in purchasing sale items should I need to return them. Love this store.

Very good assortment and helpful staff. It is a pleasure to stop by there for all I needed too. I suggested more stainless steel hardware as it was before. We'll se if this will be improved.

I visit the store numerous times a week and I am always greeted like family. The product consultants are much more knowledgeable than the competitors, not only in their department, but in crossover areas. Very pleased

When this store first opened several years ago we had a bedroom floor project that we completed all our purchases on one trip with the store employees assistance. This project took two trips with the first to order on line a hanging outside lamp that was delivered in only one day. This was followed with todays visit to purchase two lamps for the garage outside and four for the two back decks of similar design.

This store is great. The employees are very helpful and provide a lot of information about different topics. The products at this store work great.

I’ve always generally had great experiences shopping at Home Depot stores, but every time we go to this one, which is about everyday since we’ve moved in this areas 2 months ago, we always have an exceptional experience! Joe and Steve stand out to me but all the employees stand out! Always a great experience!

Good branch, however... 1. Nobody assisted us when we were looking for a grill. I saw some employees just chit chatting in the hallway. 2. People in the costumer service area were not knowledgeable about their current promos, like financing promos. 3. The lady who did our check out in costumer service desk sounded rude, she sounded irritated. 4. Online the grill is free delivery, but at store it has a delivery fee of $80. So weird... can someone explain this. 5. In the email receipt it says that “trevor” was the one who did the check out, but it was a woman. I love home depot, Bartlett is the closest one to my house, but I had better costumer service in Schaumburg location.

Best home improvement store! Very knowledgeable employees! Well staffed so you don't have to search for some one to help you. They actually ask if you need help!

If you are ever in the Bartlett store, ask for Mike G. if you need assistance. Nicest person, ever. Even at closing time. On a side note... I know this is not one of the bigger stores, but I wish they offered more landscape/garden rental equipment.

This location is one the best as i shop here 3-4 times a week. The sales team is awesome! they are always ready to help and very knowledgeable. thank you and keep up the good work!

I went there for shop ,,,,, my house is going to renovate,,, i see there all the products are available, while shoopping all employee is giving warm welcome & ready to assist you,,,,,rates are Reasonable & quality is good of the products.

Great selection of sump pumps. I just replace my old pumps. two pumps in two days. Now i feel confident in my sump pump operation.

Very happy that you were open at 6:00 a.m. for me to pick up a sump pump. I was able to pick up a new pump and install it before in needed to leave for work.
