I wasn't sure which washing machine would fit the needs for my family best. Lenny was knowledgeable and a great help making that choice.

Most often when I visit this store I am able to find what I need and if I can not an employee is easy to find or they approach me.

Ricki in the wood department was outstanding. He listened to my project and understood. Did not give quick answer and run away. He even helped me elect the wood I needed for project. Unheard most of the time! Great to see. His name was Ricki in Wood section.

I bought an item and could not get my money back. Had not shopped at home depot in years because of bad experience before. I won't shop there no more.

This is my home store and I frequently visit this store for my home improvement project. I bought 5 pallets of Bricks for landscaping and transactions was goes very smoothly.

I felt that the cashier was super helpful and kind. Her name was Bhavana. Thanks again!

WOW! Erin and George went above and beyond today! I was in search of the Golden Retriever Christmas decoration. They spent time searching the entire store, and Erin even called a neighboring store to try to find it! We were unsuccessful, but the effort was top notch and so unbelievably appreciated!

I shop here in Bartlett because their plant selection is the best in the area to select from.

Every employee we past asked if we were finding what we needed or if we need help….. Joan was excellent!!! Friendly, knowledgeable with great advice….. can’t say enough nice things…. Usually a trip to a home improvement store is a nightmare, Joan and also Joel made it such a pleasant experience!!! Won’t go to any other place

I went in to return a couple items with no receipt. I knew I would get store credit, but i unfortunately one item was clearance now so it was coming back as a penny. I ended up returning only one of the items. Once my refund receipt printed I found on the bottom of it that Home Depot can look up a receipt for me. The cashier Melissa was rude and short with me from the beginning and didn’t even tell me that was an option. She was also very condescending when telling me that if I return another item with no receipt future items will be denied. I understood the information, but her tone and attitude were unnecessary. Horrible customer service. Both my original receipts were found through their system but it was all after my returns.

Being a homeowner is a never ending project. We love our local store #1964. The staff is excellent! From the ladies in customer service to store managers. Lisa -assistant store manager, Ruben D. Jonathan B in lumber., Ellini B. in doors, Lenny in appliances, we could go on forever. Knowledgeable and courteous. Friendliness is key!!

Smaller store but 99% of the time excellent customer service. There's always someone there to help and answer questions.

We went to several stores comparing pricing on refrigerators. This was our first store we visited. We ended up back here to make our purchase. Lenny Kurtz was very knowledgeable about the different manufactures and honest. Lenny is very patient with his customers and not pushy. We purchased a Whirlpool no frills refrigerator as it is our 2nd refrigerator for the basement. Our last refrigerator purchased from this store lasted us 22 years.

I live in Bartlett, it's convenient to go to the Bartlett HD. I shop in home improvement stores 3-5 times a week because I own rental properties and am in the trades. This time I was wearing a sling because of a recent shoulder surgery, totally immobilized. I get to registers and no cashier's. At self checkout there are 2 cashier's busy talking to each other. They couldn't be bothered by doing their job even after seeing I was in a sling. Struggled to ring myself out with my left hand only, I'm right handed. Upon seeing my struggling they proceeded to ignore me. Bagged and paid for my merchandise, at least they managed to say thank you. At the exit I set off the alarms, neither cashier moved an inch so I walked out. Another customer exiting next to me said to me "don't worry about the alarm, nobody cares". Obviously she was right, Home Depot does not care.

Home Dept, Bartlett, IL has a huge selection of merchandise and inventory, and I was never disappointed to find what I look for. And the staff are very courteous and helpful.

Bought a Dewalt drill set for a Christmas gift and a reasonable price. This product name is very reliable and dependable.

We moved to the area 11 years ago. This particular store has outperformed all others consistently. Great employees and, obviously, great management.

Each employee that I came in contact with was kind and friendly. Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable with assisting me with obtaining each item that I needed for a project.

Staffs have excellent customer service skills. Floor department employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. The place is clean and comfortable(even during pandemic). I will shop here now on a more regular basis for my home improvement needs.
