I purchased plywood, 2x5x10 boards, for delivery, and outdoor paint. The employees that helped me find and pick out my supplies were extremely helpful and I would recommend this location and shop here in the future.

I will go back and shop once covid 19 calms down. I cannot wait to really shop around in this store

I was charged for 5 sheets of White True Bead Paneling when I only had 4. I did not notice the error until I had finished the job and was adding up material costs.

The store was clean and shelves neat. All the employees were friendly and respectful. I have no complaints.

No one is available to help and the few hands they have, have no idea about the products whatsoever.

Appliance associate very helpful

The manager of the large appliance department is very knowledgeable and provides great advice. The store management is helpful and places a priority on providing excellent customer service.

Have been a customer for over 10 years 9 out of 10 employees are helpful and now where to find stuff. Always nice. If anything maybe have the employees a little bit more educated in the Department's they work I don't need this but I think this would be helpful for DIY or beginner.

Always friendly employees when I go in always will to help or ask questions. Cashier are always fast and efficient even with lines and large transactions.

Very friendly employees. They have a extreme variety of products from nearly every brand (Husky, Echo, Milwaukee, Rigid, Ryobi, Craftsman, Stanley, DeWalt and more!!!) The garden section of this store is blooming with beautiful plants.

Associate was friendly and was able to answer all may questions. I got 30% off each front load washer and dryer.

Start to finish Bob Cyr went above and beyond to help make my dream kitchen come to life in front of my eyes! Highly recommend him. Associates were great, friendly and really seemed happy for me and said congratulations on my new remodel.

The only reason I give this review a star at all is solely due to a pro desk associate by the name of Robyn. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and generally helpful throughout my shopping experience today. However, basing my review off of the Interaction I had with a store manager named Dom I give this home depot store 0/5 stars. Was generally rude and even went out of his was to accuse myself and a coworker of theft and threatened to remove us from the store with absolutely no evidence or proof of any theft whatsoever. Made it very clear that he was the "stores manager" and had the authority to remove us both for theft that was not committed. I commend the home depot for finding hardworking honest workers such as Robyn. However I believe they truly missed their mark when hiring this joke of a manager Dom. Do better home depot.

Service at the paint department was exceptional. Jaimin went above and beyond to find the perfect color match for me. Norma at check out was smiling, friendly and helped me get out quickly. Nice having personable staff....makes you want to return.

In November 2020 my wife and I were vacationing in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. We were shopping at an Amish furniture store in Intercourse, PA. We have 7 grandchildren. 4 boys and 3 girls. We found 4 unfinished desks for the boys and vanities for the girls. We rented a U-Haul box trailer to get the furniture back to Maine. With only 4 weeks left until Christmas, I had to get busy. I visited my local Home Depot and to pick up supplies. The gentleman in the paint department was very helpful in helping me chose the correct stain and poly as well as offering some tips for application. The desks turned out beautiful and the grandchildren loved the gifts. Of course my wife had to fill the desks with office supplies for the boys and makeup for the girls.

In the past I've walked into this store and have employees just walk by without any kind of greeting. I've seen a turnaround in the atmosphere in and was greeted multiple times asked if I needed assistance and the items I needed were available.
