Employees are unaware of leadership with in the store. Young associates are having a good time while older associates are working hard stocking shelves and cleaning isles. Young associates walk right by you trying to not make eye contact and when you do and you ask for help they look bothered, or quickly try to push you off to someone else. When I finally received help in pluming the person helping me had no idea on any question I asked. I had to google the answer. At most other Home Depots (Monrovia & El Monte) the associates know the products on the shelf, and even give you tips or point you to the right direction, but here all I got from the person helping me was "I don't know, this is the first time I've heard of this." I was asking about the Descale/Anti Scale Water Conditioners system you sell.

Nicole has been very helpful with my shopping experiences and especially for the monthly DIY.

The store was very clean and plays are very Courteous.

As soon as I entered the paint department, associate Ruben approached me in a very welcoming way. He showed me various colors of paint samples he had,& provided a very good explanation as to why I should use a specific paint for the walls I was painting. He seemed very knowledgeable about paint & was extremely patient when I asked questions. He also directed me to the closet organization aisle. Being new to building a closet was tough, but Ruben really helped the process run smoothly by providing great information on what was needed, or what could be used to build the closet. I am grateful for Ruben’s help, and will definitely be going back to this Home Depot if all the employees are just as friendly and helpful.

The store was clean, orderly and well stocked. Associates were very friendly.

The associates at the paint section were fast and friendly. We go almost once a week sometimes 2, and the store is always clean. Very friendly crew work in there. Tools, paint, tape, trees, carpets, you can find almost everything in this awesome store.

Lately customer service and satisfaction have declined by my experience several occasions left me unable to complete progress on assignments. Sales associate was not informative or polite unfortunately

Alberto from the paint department is a great kid that knows his stuff, very helpful and is willing to go the extra mile for the customers. Linda Cashier is also a great sales rep. She saved me a few bucks and was very nice and helpful.

Terrible service, employees dont know anything. They past the question another one then another one. Always not fully stock items, there website show they do have more than whats on the shelf. I always have to got to another store, waste my time for the distant. Never again trust the stock items listed in baldwin store.

The store overall looks good and very clean. All the employees were great that helped me while I was buying items. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Return department employees are so very professional and friendly. HOME DEPOT IS THE BEST!!!!

The cashier on our last visit was very courteous and respectful.

Great people with great knowledge always helpful but you need more people on each of the stations, this way the customer does not have to wait a long time to get the service although the employees do take time to answer all you questions. Great service with a lot of knowledge but please more people.
