I alway have had positive experience at the Baldwin Park Home Depot Store, staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The store is clean 95 percent of the time. Especially during this past year with Covid-19, they have maintain the shopping carts clean and disinfected.

This Home Depot has some of the most professional and kindest associates. The PRO Desk are always diligently working hard to help customers and most importantly their sensitivity to customers needs makes all the difference. I would like to commend Giselle (PRO Desk) and Evan (Lumber area) for their assistance, professionalism and friendliness.

I am currently adding about 1,200 square feet to my home and the staff at Home Depot (Baldwin Park) been so helpful in terms of making it happen. They went above and beyond to help me answer endless questions, assisting/locating products, and even assisted with loading my cart and then onto my truck. I would like to commend Evan, Joseph, and Juan V. for their professionalism, being diligent and most importantly their kindness toward all customers. Mr. LL

Best store in the San Gabriel Valley! Lots of dedication put into this store to make it great and it really shows, easy to find products and lots of staff willing to help, the place is kept very neat. Overall best experience, beats all others nearby.

Alyssa at Pro desk was very professional, helpful and most importantly friendly. She was able to help locate what I needed and made sure that an associate helped with loading it onto my vehicle.

I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS STORE FOR TWO REASON, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AN SOME ITEMS ARE MISSING POTS, THEY GET STOLEN AN AS CUTOMERS WE PAID FULL PRIC EFOR ITEMS MISSING, MANAGER AN ASSSITANT MANAGERMCHECK YOUR INVENTORY MORE OFTEN, MAKE SURE THE ITEMS ARE SOLD AS THEY WERE SEND TO THE STORE,.

I always have had positive experiences coming to this store. I can spend hours on their gardening section❤. They have great customer service!

it is Very Useful Store Sometimes You can Find Good Customer Service. Other times Your kinda on your own. You can't blame a Kid for Needing a Job to make car payments.

Stephanie E. helped us with an order that was not on site but she was able to locate a store nearby that had what we needed and more. She helped us with the purchase and all we had to do was pick it up at the other location. She even called to have the other store do a visual confirmation and put it aside for us. THE STAFF AT THIS HOME DEPOT ARE PROFESSIONAL, COMPETENT AND FRIENDLY. THE ASSOCIATES THAT HELPED US (WILLIAM L. AND HUGO P. ) TOOK THE TIME TO HELP US MAKE SURE THAT WE ORDERED ENOUGH FLOORING AND THAT WE WILL RECEIVE IT ON TIME FOR OUR PROJECT. THEY WERE RECEPTIVE WHEN WE ASKED FOR A DISCOUNT AND GOT STORE MANAGER TO HONOR OUR REQUEST.

Very good store better than others.

Was treated like criminals with my 6-year-old daughter and my 4-year-old son along with my wife, was physically escorted to a self checkout and was degraded by numerous employees as they stood over me and I had to hand over every item after I scanned. I spent $1,278.84 cash and was being harassed the whole time, the whole store not just staff but customers heard the staffs remarks and turned they're attention on to me and my family for no reason.. this whole time the staff was making remarks that" Hes not gonna be able to pay watch" "How embarrassing for his family"" ready to detain him" and a lot more other comments that are two degrading to repeat... Never experienced this kind of customer service in my life... I did not do one single action for them to even suggest of me doing any kind of wrongdoing for them to degrade me the way they did...

From manager to cashiers are all helpful and friendly.

Your employee Mellissa was very friendly, kind and knowledgeable about a particular product i was looking to find. It was the quickest trip to home depot that I have had.
