Thank you for such great employees! Sabrina, Micheal Anthony and Joe went above and beyond just before the holidays to help me! Outstanding ! We typically shop at this location, however the employees are a reason to head back! Very genuine and caring and helped me find everything I was looking for and load the car in the rain/ sleet snow! Made my holiday and was so wonderful to have care from community! Look forward to seeing them again! :)

Everything in the store is neatly displayed. each department has a clerk you can go to if you have a question about electrical, plumbing or even appliances . The staff at the Avon location are polite and are willing to go the extra step to help you. The men's room is always clean you could eat off the floor!!! LOL. All I hear while shopping is "Hi Frank" how are you? I know a lot of the employees just from shopping there for the past 25 years. I remember one time I bought a lot of building supply's and went out of the contractors entrance I left my carts at the area around the exit door and went into the parking lot to get my truck so I could load it up. my cart was stolen ,the manager replaced all the items on my receipt. It was a hefty order I had doors and windows floor tile and many other building materials on that cart. they viewed the camera film and agreed they saw somebody steal my merchandise. I was so happy that they replaced everything on my carts.

My praise for this store comes down solely to the people I worked with. I was buying an appliance for someone else and Mohan helped process my order. He was patient, friendly, and dedicated to finding me the answers I needed to make sure my purchase went smoothly. Cheryl stayed late to help myself and other customers. She is super knowledgeable and provided me with valuable advice that allowed me to save money and purchase a higher quality item. Harold helped make sure I was prepared for delivery by packaging up all the info I needed in a clear, easy to understand way. It was a busy day and there was a lot going on, but you'd never know it working with these guys. They worked as a team, were super friendly, and I really felt like they wanted to make sure I was happy and informed. If you're buying an appliance, see one of these guys.

The best store for all your garden, home improvements and yard work needs. This is like my second home. LOL

We absolutely love the Avon Home Depot. They are consistently friendly, efficient, and always available throughout the store with help and to answer questions. William from the Flooring Department is so awesome. If you need carpeting, tile, laminate, etc, please give him a visit! He's the best of the best! And, the front counter Customer Service employees are friendly and helpful.

This store is just O.K. But seems to have A hughe turnover of employees. Maybe low wages or job dissatisfaction? Many employees seem to lack or have limited product knowledge for the department they cover. Seem more interested in stocking the shelves than waiting on customers. It is hit or miss, sometimes I get an employee who is friendly but lacks product knowledge. Some have product knowledge but no enthuisiam. Hard to find both at once?? Cashier who checked me out was friendly enough but got flustered checking me out. Also he had too much men's cologne on and it was awful / distracting. Thought about buying your Pit-master Pro? Smoker at $299. But was not assembled and on display? He'd to scan with my smart phone to read reviews about it which were good,.

2 women employees, i younger short hair glasses, real bold , refused to hold anything overnight then i asked for mgr he went out of his way to get me paper on a/c info & the older lady with red hair tried to brush me off to wait on cust behind me, hint ladies your on camera!!

Every trip to Avon is a pleasure. At no time do I dread going to pick up products. People look to help people like myself who look bewildered.

THE STORE IS WELL STOCKED AND ALL THE ASSOCIATES ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL , I WILL CONTINUE TO BE A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF THIS HOME DEPOT

Almost every isle had big ladders or something in it. Made it hard to maneuver around.

Store was very orgainized and things were very easy to find. Plenty of floor employees to ask for products.

There were no sales associates in the flooring department, even after 2 pages, no one came to help us so we just purchased one thing and went to a different home depot and spent our money on better customer service
