NICE STORE EASY TO GET IN AN OUT FROM THE HIGHWAY, BUT IT COULD USE A LITTLE ORGANIZATION N MORE EMPLOYEE HELP.

Cashier was rude and condescending

Avon store has the best selection for projects. Associates are always available if I should have a question.

Store generally is standard home depot but lumber department seems to be an issue every time. Phil in particular was extremely rude and unsafe. I waited in line at the saw for assistance and once he helped others he walked away. It took me chasing him down an aisle and calling 4 times to get him to rudly agree to help. Once at the saw he proceeded to make me carry the 14ft lumber alone to the saw while he talked to other customers about how lazy I was that I needed him to cut the lumber for him even though customers can not use the power saw. He then proceeded to swing the board over an elderly customer who was bent over to load it on the saw saying let's try and hit everyone. Once he completed two cuts he threw down the lumber in front of me.

I needed to have some keys copied in a hurry. During the period of over half an hour, I repeatedly asked customer service to get someone to assist me. When that didn't work, I asked to speak with the manager, the customer service person just laughed and told me that the manager was on lunch. This was the middle of the evening, how long do managers have lunch for. While I was waiting there was about 4 other people that showed up wanting keys copied but they didn't want to wait so they left. Also while I was waiting 3 employees walked by and never asked if they could help. When finally someone did show up to assist me, he had the biggest attitude I have ever seen from a store employee. Never again will I shop The Home Depot in Avon.

Great store with friendly staff

Very rare to find someone to help you and if you do find someone they may not be able to help you because "it's not their dept".

I'm moving to the south shore so the Avon Home Depot will be closer to me. I love that I can always find an associate to assist me at the Avon store. This makes such a difference in such a huge store with so many options.

Denise is very helpful and extremely nice just like to give a special thanks to her and I wish I got the other guy's name but I failed to do so but he had help me get a shed and help me load it in the truck would just like to say thank you to both of them

Purchased a large order in appliances. Cheryl and Dottie were amazing. They were able to get me exactly what I need in the time frame required. Definitely head over to the store and see them for your appliance orders!

If you need help please go to Becky Brown...very knowledgeable and friendly. Easy off and on. Plenty of stuff in stock. I like old school service and friendliness.

Service in the Mill work department is ALWAYS superior.

Had no problem finding someone to speak with to get an answer. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They all know their section and products very well. I, being a DAV and using a walker, really appreciated how they treat us Veterans with the utmost respect. At no time did anyone there ever do or say anything to make me feel like a cripple just because I have to use a walker. I had 2 packages to take with me and they paced them on my walker in a way for me so I could take them out to my car myself. They never asked if I thought if I could handle it myself or if I wanted someone to carry it for me. They left that part for me to ask. Thank you for that. My body may be injured. Please don't injure my pride also. ALL your people made sure they did not do the latter. Thank you for treating us DAV's with such respect.

Great place to shop, customer service is #1 Cheryl, Trish and Greg helped and provided us with great service. Cheryl made sure that I get what I order in a timely matter. She is an exemplary employee, she is a keeper.

I love the staff in the Avon store from the managegers to the knowledgeable staff. They’re always willing to help and get you the best deal possible, including rebates...right on though to checkout. I have had nothing but positive experiences, so if you’re renovating a home, buying appliances or just doing research...check in at the Avon Home Depot...they’re knowledgeable and friendly. The employers are the best. they helped me find the items Very helpful finding all of the items I needed employers are excellent in what they do. The store is very clean. The associates are outstanding I always go to the Avon, MA store

I just purchased a washer and drying and having them delivered to Georgia. Cheryl, was very helpful in the process of having these items delivered at our time frame. She explained all the warranties but not to the point trying to force you to purchase. We had a number of laughs while discussing the product, location and services. Great job.
