All the associates are great each time I visit a very warm welcome

The employees here are always so helpful and willing to go out of their way to help the customers.

The Avon Home Depot store is my go to location and has been for years.

Sales cashier Dorcas was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly.

The store was clean and it was easy to find what I needed. The customer service representative at the home appliance department was friendly and was able to answer the questions I had about the washing machine.

This store has consistently failed to include sales taxes when items are returned within the stores return timelines/guidelines.

Overall an average supply center. When lumber stock is limited I am placed in the position of purchasing stock which is not the best quality. A question I often ask my employees is: "What is your 'LEVEL OF CARE'?" If it is high it shows! Thank you.

Clean and alway stocked. Employees are very friendly and helpful.

I recently purchased a lawnmower at the Avon store and had an issue with the delivery price. The store manager Steve and customer service representative Michelle quickly and professionally took care of it. They were very friendly and helpful and I'll definitely go back in the future.

Great customer experience.

Some employees are not helpful but others are extremely helpful to balance it out. One that comes to mind is Mamie at customer service. She makes sure your experience at HD is pleasant one because she does everything she can to solve your issue or track down a product for you.

I was very satisfied with the help and the cleanest of the store. The helper there was helpful and also when I called on the phone for information about my purchase.

The store was ok could use some clean up, but some of the cashiers need to improve on their people skills I think Home Depot should look into the matter today I got into a conferantation with one of them I was told to stay home by one of the cashier because of the covid virus so why is she working is she just coming in to work to earn a paycheck at the end of the week,she also mumble to me that customers thank them for being there,well lady you don’t have to be there Home Depot is not forcing anyone to come to work as if you think you are doing us a favor well think again you are just a number and if you feel threatened by the virus please stay home instead of wasting Home Depot’s time and money.

Employees were super helpful. Several wore masks and I told them I was proud of home depot for protecting their employees and allowing them to wear masks. He said he’s as doing it for all the older people who work and shop there. God bless him. Such an amazing answer.

Good store

Staff was very helpful!! One employee fixed the kitchen pipe that I brought and another helped me find the right LED bulbs for a certain light fixture. Both results were perfect!
