I could not of had a better experience while shopping. I'm not very good at colors and in the paint department they are so knowledgeable. Home Depot also provides a machine to give you color coordinates that I utilized, and I'm very happy with. My experience in the bathroom department for cabinetry was the same. Approached quickly by employees Who are very knowledgeable and smiling... as were the cashiers .Wish all shopping was as pleasant!!!

Generally the assistance at the pro desk is very helpful and knowledgeable. Faulty product is able to be returned when notified. i was able to find the product I was looking for easily. They have always given assistance when asked. The store has always appeared clean. The associates are for the most parts very friendly.

The store was clean and I enjoyed shopping for bird seed.

Had to return product several times this month at this location. Every time the Customer Service clerks were very friendly and professional. The process/transaction was fast. Did not have to wait very long.

The woman at the rental desk, Jessica, was amazing! She was informative and very patient with me. I needed to rent a carpet cleaner and she recommended that because of the humidity from the snow storm I would need a carpet fan, to dry the carpet.

Bobby, the Assistant Manager, provided amazing customer service. It was the best Home Depot experience I've ever had. Wow!

There is an employee at the self checkout, female, white, overweight, short, who is the rudest and most incompetent employee I have ever seen.she does not know how to measure materials by the foot ot inch, does not understand that each material has a different price, she refuses to do price checks herself when the item rings up differently than advertised, and believes she has the authority to make you show her how to do her job.

She was a very nice person and I recommend the store to everyone

I’ve been coming back to this store in particular, even though it is further from my location than other Home Depot stores for a reason - Cindy and Ashley at the Paint Department are so knowledgable and willing to help. I really enjoyed my visit with this store. I stopped by at the customer service center first to return some closer stuff I bought. Maria was the person who helped me with my return she was so nice and cheerful. Her smile is very contagious. When I got my stakes I checked out at service center because I thought that was the cashiers. Turns out it was only for returns but Chris was nice enough to check out my products for me. Thank you for a great friendly experience.

The store was neat, orderly and clean. I had a great Manager Bob assist me with my 50% off purchase of plants. I bought succulents and cactus, very vibrant and beautifully presented. My main register checker Gabe was very patient, engaging, and friendly. We had a small problem. We had plenty of assistance. He handled it very professionally.

The homed depot store in Aurora is clean and have a divers work force and friendly employee

I got help in garden and electrical. One person handed me a card with his name Ed. He seemed genuinely interested in feedback about my shopping experience. He even asked me if anyone else had provided a good shopping experience. I said there was a person in electrical and I didn't remember his name. He pointed to a gentleman working the department and told me his name was Jay. Both gentleman were very helpful.

It’s one of the best store I visited you can find the right products for your house

It may be a big box store, but we received personalized service on a significant purchase. The employee went out of her way to make sure we understood the consequences of each decision we were making. Couldn't have asked for better service.

You do have to find someone to help but they are glad to help when you find someone. Aisle were crowded with merchandise when I was there shopping.

The employees here need to know what products they offer AND where in the store they are located, not just "I'm not sure." That is a $&!) answer.

The store is very clean. The employee have excellent knowledge of the products in the store. Just a quick note. Behr paint has been rated number one by Consumer Reports for the past six years.

refused to refund a measurement fee that was not performed. we were there and available but didn't see or know that HD measurement guy had shown up.

Amazing Estimator James and coordinator Victoria are experts in their field and we are so pleased with them. James really knows his business in the field and Victoria made sure everything for our shower replacement was in order and correct before scheduling our appointment. I always come to this store

I was in my lunch time it was very busy I came in right away I was told where the keys were made I had to make a copy of my new apartment I have 20 minutes left on my lunch two people came to me and help me out with what i needed one made my key copy and the other one was jacob he charged me and in no time i was out heading back to work. Thank Jacob

Store was messy and it was hard to find what I wanted. No customer assistance available. 5 associates were in another aisle playing 'rock, paper, scissors' instead of assisting customers.

I've been working on a succulent garden and one associate in Particular in the garden section, Wade, has been a great help on my 3 or four visits i've come in to buy plants. He's helped me find what I won't kill, talked to me about repotting, showed me new stock and sale items and even offered to show me hot properly repot them. He seems to really be knowledgeable and go the extra mile and hes the sole reason I come to this Home depot.
