Nathan in the Garden dept. at Home Depot is the best!!

Store associate Erik was extremely knowledgeable and professional and aware of the locations of items throughout the store.

Customer service is dreadful. I had to ask three different employees for help, the first one had no idea where the item I was looking for was, the second IGNORED ME COMPLETELY, finally someone who knew what they were doing was able to help me. That is when I could find help, I almost never see employees around the store but plenty of kids who know nothing about home improvement just standing around the self help registers chatting.

I needed a particular product, Ed in lawn and garden was there! He found it and restocked the shelve!!

Friendly and helpful employees. Manager Matt and associate Nathan are rockstars!

I had to make a special order for bedroom furniture through the store to pick up, Matty was extremely helpful and curtesy! He took the time to look up each item even when the sku numbers I had written down didn’t pull up he was happy to help me find the right products being patient from start to finish with a smile on his face. The Order total ended up being more costly than I anticipated but he was able to find a coupon code for being a dedicated and valued customer he said and it totally made my day and the order to go through with a hiccup!!! I appreciate his hard work dedication to go above and beyond to make my shopping experience one of the best I’ve had in my life time!!!! So keep it up Matty your amazing!!!! I made a trip to home depot today. The cashier made me go back two times to get a price for her, apparently she got the impression that was my job and that is why there are so many lazy employees with no personality. Management lets employees walk around doing nothing, no one greeting at the door and cashier who feel they are entitled to act that way. That is on management for not making there employees accountable to take pride in there work and store. VERY UNFORTUNATE

Maria B was so welcoming and very engaging. She helped answer all my questions and truly seemed to enjoy her job and wants to help the customers.

I needed holiday lights and was able to get what I needed in a matter of minutes without having to spend a lot of time looking for the lights in multiple areas of the store. Employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. I was in and out in no time with what I went there for.

I have used this home depot to remodel my kitchen, install new blinds and now order new front and back entry doors. They have always been very helpful and knowledgeable.

I love this store, everyone is so friendly and helpful, it makes things so much easier when tying to do a project or just pick up something for home needs.

I was seeking guidance on what kind of paint to use in my bathroom, living room and kitchen. Donita patiently guided me through the selections had my paint mixed and helped me pick out brushes and rollers and had me on my way in about a 1/2 hour. I am so grateful she was there.

The vanity of the store is going down hill. I feel the demographic of the area plays a role in this. I also feel that the garden center of any establishment is a key aspect for season and I feel that the area could be more presentable and not so crowded. Entry on that side with so much going on is a little nerving and plants could be taken better care of. Stop letting them get sun baked and wilted (my opinion as I do love plants and have many in my home. Be nice to see more of a variety then the everyday plain Jane plants we see yearly. Look for Emad at your checkout counter. Man is respectful, polite, and understands customer service and displays a very good job. Communicates well if things are weird or not working correctly makes the customer feel patient. Kudos bro. The forth star is for you my man

This store has a pretty good stock on most things I like the location

OVER ALL THE STAFF AT THIS STORE HAS REMAINED STABLE. I APPRECIATE FEELING THAT I AM DEALING WITH A KNOWLEDGEABLE PERSON.

This store and the staff are horrible!! Take the time to go anywhere but here. You could get a better value if you drove to Mars but since this is the "central" Aurora location most people will end up here. Avoid at all costs.

Bad experience. Both items I wanted were in plentiful supply, according to the website for this store, but neither item could be found. I asked help from associates but they were of no help. We go to this store now and then because it's closer to our house than other stores but today proved, once again, that we should not shop here.

Steve was a big help and totally made my project easier!
