Very satisfied with this store. Burt from customer service was able to help me with my questions in a very professional manner. Also in tool department, James went out of his way to assist me when I could not find what I needed. He was very helpful to assist my questions and needs. Thanks again Burt and James for your attention!

I purchased a door to be delivered & was pleased to learn it could be delivered a few days later & proceeded to schedule/pay. The door never came. I called & turns out no delivery date was added to my order, which seems odd to say the lease considering I came in to specifically purchase something for delivery. I was able to timely reschedule however I had already wasted my day since I was given a window of 6am-6pm. I paid an $80 delivery fee for a delivery that never came and ultimately wasted my time as I had revolved my day and work schedule around this delivery. Also, when paying for this order I approached the self check out and was asked if I would be paying cash or credit. I lifted my paper order up and said I would be paying cash. After completing the transaction the machine prompted me to wait for assistance to receive my change. The same employee who had just directed me to this machine came over, looked at the same paper order I just had in my hand, and clearly annoyed told me I was supposed to see a cashier for that and "now has to go get my change." Its a shame because this location is closest to my new house and this was not a good first visit.

I went in looking for shades / blinds. If you need or are looking around for blinds, I suggest you go to this store and talk to Linda. She will help you through the entire process, explain the different options, timing, etc. You won't be dissappointed.

I would recommend this store because of the nice patient employees that I have encountered. His name was Steve that helped me with finding the right size cabinet wood. As far as the Supervisor, which I am unsure where she sits in the supervisor role was unprofessional with her choice of words and rudeness. If I had more time I would of asked to speak to someone above her head. She was with her own customer on her own cashier and refused to give a firefighter discount and I had the impression she felt i was lieing tha I have received discounts before as long as we show our idea. I believe she could have not made the young man helping me feel he had no answers and had to listen to his so called supervisor next to him be rude while the customer she was helping listened. There is no need for me to lie about how many times I have frequent the store on bit sales and they have recognized the firefighter for a discount just like military. For her to say she has been there a decade and has never heard such things is absolutely rude and unprofessional in her tone. It is these type of supervisors that set a poor example for the employees that work under her. I know customer service first hand because of having to deal with so manu personalities. I do like the numerous of help I have had from this store beside this experience with her. I will recommend people but I will mention her name when it comes to my experience with her. Thanks to Steve the elder man that helped me. I hope you all address this type of situation and also to inform other stores and employees if the firefighter discount exits or not? I say this because of her rudenss and unprofessionalism.

I am in this store several times a week, mostly in the garden area. I have received help from Ed several times. He is always insistent in asking me to fill out a survey. When he sees me he asks "Did you fill out the survey"? I don't always do it because I throw my receipts in a pile and just forget. Now when I see him I just say "Yes, I filled out the survey." He is so persistent in thanking me that I now do it for him when he helps me.

I stood in an aisle waiting for an employee to come and help me with a question that I had for over an hour and not one employee stopped to ask if I needed any help. I even went over to the paint center to have some help paged, but that didn't work. So after waiting for another 30 minutes I went to the garden center to have somebody paged, but apparently this Home Depot location doesn't care about helping their customers find the items they are looking for. I would not suggest going to this location if you have any questions because you could be left high and dry trying to wait for somebody to help.

Horrible customer service!

Ed and Hurley in the landscaping department went over and beyond customer experience expectations with going out of their way doing their very busy jobs to help me with landscaping material. They not only helped locate what I needed but also helped me load it carefully and safely into my vehicle. I could not thank them enough for being such a great help to me.

This store is doing a great job helping people during this pandemic. They had what I needed and were very helpful.

Unorganized and inconsiderate staff wasted 4 hours of my time at curbside pick-up. it should not take over 90 minutes (twice) to figure out you dont have the product. Especially when the second time i explained my first experience and it still took over 90 minutes to thoughly dissapoint and humiliate me.

If you are looking to remodel your home floors this is the place for you. The Flooring Specialist Linda K. provided me with an exceptional service. She was helpful, friendly, and very patient with me. I will always come back for my home flooring needs. THANK YOU LINDA!!

This Home Depot is helpful and friendly.

Linda, works in the flooring department at this location. I can't say enough about my excellent experience with her. Linda answered all my questions regarding blinds and carpet. (even with a sense of humor!)

Overall this is a great store, easy to get right off of the hyway. They have even installed a new restroom, that was needed. a bunch of preaty nice people work there. Keep up the great work. GO HOME DEPOT GO.........

Great store appearance and customer service

This store has a lot of really nice and helpful employees working there. Product stock is usually good and the shelves are essentially organized. I would continue shopping here for years to come.

Hard to get an employee to help with your needs. Employees not very friendly or willing to go the extra mile for customers. Checkout is an awkward experience.

We're comfortable shopping here. Love getting bird seed here each month.
