What is going on at this HD? The stock is very low on many items and there's a lot of stuff where there is no stock whatsoever. Are they going out of business in Auburn?

Usually this store is great but I just had the worst cashier. I’m so disappointed she over charged me $40.00.

Flooring.... Michelle, Lori, Kimberly were an asset to their department. Very friendly and helpful. I was helped to find the right carpet for my home. Yes, the store was clean and very helpful.

I was picking up a few bags of 60 pound sand. A store employee offered to assist loading without asking for help. Finally a young man who is friendly, helpful and respectful to an elder. That is the way lead by example Mr. Tokoda Todd. Speaking from a Senior Citizen perceptive that type of help is always greatly appreciated.

We really enjoy shopping at this Home Depot location! We have been here a lot for a lot of projects and have never had a bad experience. The employees and managers are always very friendly and helpful and we almost always find what we need in store. Really enjoy this Home Depot.

The staff are nice, my only issue is the other customers, so many of them are rude, and don't care about the other customers, for example people park in the loading zone, from what ive seen for hours on end, and in the trailer parking spots.

The store was clean and kept up, which is great, but the employees appear to be interested in helping me out. This most recent time, my cashier (Stacey) noticed that the rose I had selected looked a little haggard, but I was prepared to pay the price as marked. She offered to, under the circumstance, give me a discount, which I really appreciated. She was gracious and friendly, like we were good friends.

This store isn't as crazy as some because it's smaller but it's still hard to find someone to help you.

well maintained store glad to have you close to home

Many of the associates were wearing the 'mandatory' masks around their necks, or just covering their mouths. I will not be shopping here again.

Store is easy to navigate and the staff are helpful for product location as well as ideas for project needs.

Store is fine, as are the employees. But I have issue with Home Depot’s App and POS system. This trip to store the Cash register listed an item at $ 99.00 and the app had a double listing, once at $99.00 and once at $87.88. While cashier attempted to correct it, it seems I was charged the $99.00 price instead of the $87.88. Given I spent $600 plus bucks, not too happy being changed incorrectly. Also third trip this month that several items wanted, were not in stock.

Pretty much like most Home Depot store, most workers are nice and try to be helpful, store is clean mostly and orderly mostly. BUT I’ve had multiple accounts of the Home Depot App telling me a product “is in stock” only to discover it is not and even the employees version of the system can not locate product. 50 mile round trips to go home with nothing when App says they have a dozen is maddening

Extremely rude customer service! The majority of employees do not seem to follow or care about the current safety conditions. When waiting in line, we were yelled at, accused and disrespected by the cashier. She was inappropriate, rude and talked down to us. To make it even better, she was not wearing a mask or gloves and was coughing on everything! It was a horrible experiences and ruined our day. We will be calling the store soon about this issue. This is the 2nd-3rd occurrence with poor quality service. Extremely disappointed.

Great experience-over the phone-purchasing a washer

The store needs to be larger. I believe The Home Depot misjudged the demographics of the Auburn area when they originally built this store. Check the sales compared to other stores in Roseville or Rocklin.

I purchased plants that contained Warning labels, indicating Cancer and Reproductive Harm - in accordance with California Prop 65 requirements to warn customers. The chemical(s) contained on or in the plant container are not identified. As a consumer, not desiring to be exposed to Cancer causing elements, I believe it should be Home Depot's responsibility to have provided more information about this issue including name of chemical(s), why they are present, what handling instructions should I, the customer, use to protect myself and my family from Cancer exposure from the purchase of these plants. Example - should I wear protective clothing and breathing mask when handling the plants? Should I restrict children and pets from being near the plants? Once the plants are in the ground, will the Cancer exposure dissipate? If so, over what time frame? Last - why is Home Depot selling plants that can cause Cancer and Reproductive Harm? Don't we have enough health concerns to deal with already? I have asked these questions of Home Depot and await response.

I simply want to say to all the Home Depot staff that I personally (and many others I'm sure) appreciate you all in this difficult time with COVID-19 all around us, 24/7. I was in the store recently and received great service, I found things quickly with Store Member assistance and walked out with everything I needed. On top of that, everyone had a really good attitude and I was absolutely amazed, again, given the circumstances, people could act differently but it was business as usual. Staff members were spraying and wiping things all over the store, really impressive. Thanks Team HD!

With the corona virus going around this store was very good at keeping everything clean and making sure only certain number of people enter the store at once. Plus everyone was soo kind inside and happy to help.

The Auburn Home Depot is my Toy Store.

For all the employees walking around, very few to help, especially when needing assistance for loading large quantities of material. Quite a few employees seem unhappy and not very customer service oriented. It makes it difficult to review, because you can find some employees that are very customer service oriented. Limited in supplies over larger more heavily populated locations, but better than alternative. A lot of isles closed or jammed from home Depot merchandise out but not yet put away.

I have typically received better service and personnel attention at the Auburn store than at any of the other Northern California Home Depot stores that I have visited in the last twenty years.

The store is always clean and stocked well. However, I do recommend avoiding the department manager Manny. He’s a complete jerk and beyond rude and unprofessional! He was to busy to assist us but thankfully Suzie didn’t mind losing her break time and helping us with everything we needed!

The store is easily accessed off of the highway. All of the staff are friendly and helpful and have excellent knowledge of their inventory and which area it is located. They offer to assist you in any way they can.

Good prices and good location to shop close by and not have to go too far. This particular trip I found what I needed and more that I ended up buying. Associates had to do with the extra shopping I did. Associates were very friendly and helpful for sure
