Bathroom remodeling stuff

We purchased Scotts black mulch and now have it in key areas of our yard. We are pleased with the quality of the mulch and the great customer service from the cashier, Michael W.

How refreshing it was to visit the Home Depot store in Auburn today, to actually have an employee greet me at the door and want to help me. I needed (60) 12" x 12" pavers and this employee (Matt) told me to continue shopping, and he would take care of loading up the pavers. He was very courteous and professional. Great shopping experience!!

I've shopped at various Home Depots, the Auburn store's employees are consistently nicer and more helpful.

I won’t be back to auburn

Matt helped me out in the garden department to find a great deal on a product I was looking at. He then proceeded to help a few other customers before circling back to me when it came time to load up and put it in my vehicle. He was awesome and deserves some recognition

Once again I can appreciate the people that my Home Depot hired to s. Alice is one of them, she brighten my morning by just walking by, making eye contact with me and saying good morning! I saw her again she was assisting customers at the self check area. She guided me through my transaction with expertise. But it was her positive and enthusiastic attitude that was shing through. Thank you for hiring Alice she makes a difference!

There's some urban myth about Home Depot and employees that don't help out...I didn't have that sort of experience at the Auburn store today. I was there purchasing lots of lumber & materials for a project. And wearing a back brace due to whacking my back out. But sometimes you just have to do what you have to do. I was dreading loading my van. And to my rescue were Matt & Jordan. They handled the entire loading saving me from some real pain. Plus they were really cordial and represented Home Depot incredibly well. Put a smile on my face. So forget those urban myths...

I enjoy my experiences at my local Auburn Home Depot . I have questions and they answer them and help me find the right tools and supplies. Thank you Kind staff especially Grace and Michael . You are great!!

My wife and I just purchased a new gas range Paul Colella was the appliance specialist who served us we were very happy with his friendliness and knowledge

Bought a water heater. All employees we spoke with were very knowledgeable and tremendously helpful. Additionally, when loading the water heater into my pickup Matt was wonderful. He knew what he was doing and gave me great advice for unloading when we got the item home

I always find shopping at Auburn's Home Depot a pleasant experience. Everyone that works there is friendly and helpful. Customer service is FANTASTIC!!!

The store is so big and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed trying to find what you’re looking for. The staff helped me the minute I walked through the door and made it a positive experience.

Manager Steve an employee Derek loaded a pallet full of sheetrock and help me load it into my truck piece of the time on a Sunday afternoon when I could barely even get anyone to help me.

Michelle was so great in the garden section. Very knowledgeable and helped us pick out everything we needed for the perfect herb garden :)

Phil at the window blinds/carpet dept. is an asset to this HD and I wished every HD has a Phil there! Over the past 2 months, he has been reliable and patient, is more than competent at navigating the complexities of the idiosyncracies of the various blind companies' limitations, and always followed-through. I could not have worked with a better man at HD... Thank You Phil!

i move from from Lakewood, 90713 to Auburn 95602 area, so things get mixed up abit at times, which I understand

My wife and I went to Home Depot and we bought two bags of Kellogg’s organic garden soil and I am I in electrical extension box and some zip ties and assortment of machine screws and the two gentlemen that helped us find the products we needed. We’re very helpful and we’re with us till we’re done, finding our parts we were extremely appreciative with the Home Depot service and we are totally satisfied till next time

I went to the Auburn,Ca. not knowing exactly what I needed for a project. I asked a employee and he had an experienced employee come and help me. With his help I was able to find what I needed. He also suggested some materials I had not thought of.

This is a small Home Depot but they had everything I needed in stock. The associates and cashier were very helpful and friendly.

I had a complicated gas stove purchase (actually ordered two of them going to two different addresses to be delivered the same day) Christina in the appliance department went above and beyond to provide EXCELLENT customer service. She took the time to research my questions and give me the best possible discount and service. I was very impressed and pleased.

Upon approaching the register Garrett was complaining to a coworker how he hated his job there. Never made eye contact or said hello, never gave me my total or said thank you because he couldn’t stop talking about how much he hated working there. I learned that’s why he called out sick all last week. What a miserable individual with no customer service skills. I’ll definitely stay clear of his register in the future

I've been shopping at this store since it first opened. The employees are polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful; with helping you locate products and explaining and answering questions you might have.

Often Home Depot feels overwhelming and a bit crazy. Cindy in paint every time has been an absolute lifesaver.
