We appreciate the military discount given at Home Depot which guides our choice where to shop.

There is always staff here to answer questions! I never have to look far for help, unlike the competitor down the street. The staff has always been nice and friendly. They show me to the products I’m looking for instead of just pointing. I always pick Home Depot.

This Home Depot has the absolute BEST employees at any home improvement store in Jacksonville FL!

As a layperson in search of good flooring and tile, the product selection can be quite overwhelming. All the personnel in the flooring, as well as the door departments at this Home Depot were superb, particularly Scott Dye in the flooring department. . . . . knowledgeable, friendly, eager to answer questions and help make this rather expensive, long-lasting investment decision much easier and more pleasant! I highly recommend this Home Depot.

Best HOME DEPOT in Jacksonville

I went in looking for a certain sheet of wall covering and had to have it cut. An employee John made me feel very welcomed and showed me exactly where it was and also cut it to my measurements..I was in and out in 30 minutes..Also the cashier was very helpful and friendly. Thanks Home Depot!!

I feel as a former Veteran of the US military and being that and serving my country for over 24 years. I would not have a problem receiving a small discount off my purchases as I shop and spend a large amount of money each year with Home Depot....yes my id was expired and the cashier would not except my VA. Card.....but the fact is I'am still a veteran and I served my country. The cashier was very rude and ugly to me as a customer. Now that I know who she is I will never check out with her again at this store....She is the only one I have this problem with. The store is fine over all and most of the associates are very friendly and some even asked me if I need help. It's not like I'am asking for a lot for the many trips I make to this store each year. And just made within the last year 2 major purchases a New GE washer and a new Samsung range which will be delivered Feburary the 9th.
