I'm a 71 year-old veteran. I am appalled that in order to access the 10% military discount Home Depot proudly advertises, I have to be a computer wizard and have a scanner (I'm assuming that's what needed). Then I get to figure out how to download/upload the acceptable proof, which was not easy to find. Buying a computer, scanner, and computer training is not worth the measly 10% discount. Thanks for disrespecting veterans and senior citizens. Goodbye Home Depot.

The Atlantic Blvd/Jax garden center frequently has NO easy-to-handle grocery store type carts for carrying small items. Customers are forced to use the massive, hard-to-pull platform carts which are designed for heavy loads.... OR...they can walk all the way to the main entrance. For older people, this is difficult.

I purchased a new GE top loading washer last week from Home Depot. It arrived Tuesday. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the machine. It cleans much better than our prior machine and leaves not only clean but shiny. We couldn't be more pleased.

The saleswoman in the kitchen department is awesome!

Found only one set of alligator clips from Keon tools but not much of a selection could use other brands such as craftsman individual clips for use with other meters to test equipment

Lily the cashier is argumentative. She overcharged me and then argued about it. People in the aisles just walk by. No help offered. I had a black associate pulling orders that I asked for help at the saw with and he ignored me both times.

I made my purchase last week and had a pleasant shopping experience throughout my visit. Self checkout was the best ! Lina walked me through applying for a credit card to save money on this and future purchases. She was an absolute joy. Friendly, funny and extremely helpful. Just an outstanding employee. In the future if I see her working, that’s where I will checkout. So positive and upbeat that I was smiling well after I left the store. Thank you Alina !!
