It was pretty fast and professional serving.

I went into the store for a home project i was working on. i was able to find all of the items i needed thanks to the gentleman that helped me. Very kind, happy staff.

This Home Depot was clean and organized. It was easy to find what I needed and I was able to quickly locate an employee when needed. Sales Cashier Sarah was exemplary employee and should be recognized for her service. Per the request of Sarah I'm including the following: =^..^=

Checked in garden where the lady was extremely talkative to the lady in front of us, thanked her, told her to fill out a survey to possibly win $5,000. My son and I were next and we weren’t greeted, given a total and were not informed of this survey I’m doing. Customer service is a lost art. Each guest should be treated the same regardless of their appearance. I feel I was treated poorly because I’m a man and didn’t have a smile on my face, I’ve been a retail regional manager for many years.

Around 9:30am this morning here's my experience. Needed help with power tools. No one even near the area. Looked for an employee. Found one. He said "you'll have to ask someone in the tools department" I told him no one was there. He said he'd call someone over. I told him I'll go wait by the staplers. No one came. I floundered through and picked what I hoped I needed. Then found someone near the nails. Waited till he was done with what he was doing. Asked him to answer a quick question. His response after looking at me "uh oh your time is up" and he walked away. I said "I just want to know of these staples work with this power stapler." His response "read the box" I said I can read the box. I just wanted verification. He walked away. Went to the cash register. Price rang up wrong for the power stapler. When I said something the cashier happily said she would look into this. Someone came over and walked me back to the power tool department. The same guy was there and while they were trying to figure out why the item was in the wrong spot a customer helped me figure it out. Home Depot your customer service worker in the tool department is a tool.

The store is always clean and the staff is helpful 98% of the time. The cashier Tim was super happy, enthusiastic and just overall, a positive energy. Definitely appreciated!!

Kristina the cashier got me through checkout in less than two minutes and rang up the receipt correctly. Also, Kristina was polite and professional.

The people here are super helpful. I was trying to load up about 20 - 80 pound bags of cement and one of the mangers who was dressed up nice in slacks and dress shoes helped me load over half! the employees are helpful and AVAILABLE.

Great place to go for products for work or home. Helpful people, good prices, complete line of products.

Rave review! Upon entry an employee directed me to where to dump dead batteries. Another courteous employee directed me right to where to find a new battery. Easy peasy
