Staffing was superb. Very attentive and responded with charm to my requests for directions, and then help.

The store I go to is the Roseville one usually. But went to the citrus heights one on my way home. It has a little more things which is nice. Just don't know where things are. Nice store.

Checkout clerk was arrogant and unhelpful. It is the responsibility of the store to make sure items have proper tags and in the absence of one make sure they assist the customer in getting a price check rather than attempt to charge me three times the amount for an item that does not even look like mine. Last time I shop here!!!!

Staffs are very friendly, organized and clean.

All staffs are courteous and friendly. The store itself is clean.

Finding help is nearly impossible, and they do not honor Home Depot's VA discount policy. There are some friendly cashier's but they are the exception to the rule.

Antelope Home Depot is well stocked and has good service. Their Paint Dept. is headed up by Robbie Robbins. He's energetic, encouraging and knowledgable. Robbie's attitude is what all store associates should strive to have.

We asked an associate in windows for help and he acted like we were bothering him. He was playing on his phone and did not know where anything was and wasn't about to get up to help us. Needless to say we did not get everything we needed. At self check out the associate was not helpful or friendly.

This is my go-to Home Depot store but sometimes it's difficult to find an employee to answer questions, or they're always busy with other customers. Today, though, I was almost immediately approached by a very nice gentleman (I'm sorry that I didn't get his name), and we discussed a reciprocating saw I was wanting to buy. He walked me across the store to a Ryobi display and explained the deal that was currently available. We discussed several brands and he explained about different blades and how to change them, and then walked me over to where the blades were displayed. He was very instrumental in helping me make a confident decision. At the checkout, the cashier Donna was very friendly and helpful and suggested I immediately register the saw on Ryobi's website so that there would not be a problem if I needed to contact them during warranty. The only reason I didn't rate this five stars was because the store had a ton of product stacked up in the middle of some of the aisles and since there were a lot of people shopping, It meant passing in close proximity. Thankfully there were signs at the entrance requiring masks, and people trying to enter without a mask were handed a mask, but it still made me a little uncomfortable.

Thank you Pedro Martinez and Isabella for your customer service and follow up with delivery problems for my purchase. Much appreciated and keep up the good work. Very fulfilling during this time of uncertainty.

Its better then one on Manzanita/Madison but not as clean as one In Rocklin.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS STORE WAS AWESOME, THE WORKERS ARE VERY PLEASANT AND WILLING TO HELP. THE STORE IS CLEAN AND DURING THIS TIME IN OUR SOCIETY THEY TOOK PROPER STEPS TO MAKE SURE WE ARE SAFE.

the store was really busy, eventhough with these covid rules in place, the associates were able to help each of us out. its without saying that were all in a rush, but for our safety, the associates and others if we just be a little more patient with each other, esp the cashiers we will all be were we need to get to

I go to a lot of Home Depot's across the country and this particular store always stands out. I like the way it is layed out and store employees are always friendly. It runs like a well oiled machine.

The Antelope Home Depot is in a great location. The staff are friendly and help when needed. They could be a lil more educated on their serivice area for ease of customer service. They are very helpful with online orders but could use more knowledge about how online orders are handled, other than offering the 1-800 number. Their supply of products is always stocked and offers many options.

Davin is the Man! Do to the current global situation, there is a line and a limited amount of customers able to occupy the business during hours of operation. When I arrived, the line was long. I asked Davin if he could please check to see if there was a specific item in stock, to avoid waiting in line, going inside, to find out it's sold out. He graciously with a smile said " let me go check for you " He came back and said, yes, we have the item you're interested in and there is plenty in stock. " I then got in line, was able to purchase my specific item and then, while walking out he was smiling. and said, you got it, thank you for all of your patience. Wow! Accolades Davin! You can tell he is a authentic, genuine person with big good heart. Davin is now coming to Christmas at my house! :)

Home Depot is simply the best for me. I have always had a good experience at this store and other home depot stores around me. Store assistants are very helpful and have the right knowledge to advice you when you are not sure about what you need. Hi Brian
