The Home Depot Rental Center at Antelope

Begin your home improvement job with confidence and the correct tools for the job. Let The Home Depot Antelope Tool Rental Center expand your toolbox with the items you don't have at home. Rent a tool and return it when the job is done. If it turns out the rental tools would be more useful than you thought, we have used tools available for purchase. Compared to the new items on our store shelves, they're discounted.

Tame the Trees and Lawn Early
Greet the spring with outdoor power equipment rentals and whip the yard into shape again. Neaten the yard with a rental lawn mower and leaf blower, the trees and hedges with a chainsaw, and the driveway and sidewalks with a rental pressure washer. Your outdoor oasis will be refreshed and ready for new spring flowers before you know it.

A Comfortable Workspace is a Productive One
Get ready to beat the heat before it hits. Plan to keep your workspace cool and comfortable so you can get more done. We have generators to run fans, rental air conditioners, and all your large power tools.

Load 'N Go Trucks
If you're looking to rent a large tool but don't have a way to get it home, we can help with that too. Check out our Load 'N Go rental vehicles and rent a truck. Don't worry about taking up room in the driveway with an old pickup for the rare occasion of hauling items. Just rent what you need when you need it and keep your driveway open for grilling, hopscotch, or a game of catch.

How do I rent a tool or a truck?

Stop by the Rental Center at your nearest Home Depot to see what's available. If you want confirmation before you drive there, call first to inquire about a tool or truck. You might also check out our truck rental or tool rental pages to see if what you need is carried at your local store. For more info on renting tools, read the Tool Rental FAQs, including equipment terms and conditions.

Can I rent tools by the hour?

Tool rentals start at four hour time slots. It depends on how long you'd like to rent them. Small DIY projects may only require a rental that's a few hours long, and we can accommodate large projects as well. You've got options to rent tools by the month, week, or day, too. If you need it longer than your initial rental period, call the Rental Center to arrange an extension and avoid late fees.

When do I bring the tools back?

You're welcome to return the tools early if you complete your project sooner than predicted, but on-time works, too. Just make sure to bring them back by the deadline listed on your rental paperwork. Please clean off any built-up dirt from the tool as well. If you need them longer, call your rental center to see if you can extend your rental period.

How long can I rent a truck?

Rent a truck or moving van for as long as you need it. For short trips, 75 minutes could be enough time. Otherwise, consider renting it by the day or the week, depending on how long your project is. Remember to factor in the drive to and from the store, as you'll need to bring it back to the same store you rented it from. Penske moving truck rentals allow round-trip options as well as one-way options, and they have different terms. Be sure to read the contract before selecting a van.

Do I need to refill the rental truck with gas?

Yes, please fuel up the truck before you return it. Note the amount of gas in the tank when you receive the truck, and be sure to fill it with enough gas to match that same level. If you don't, you'll be hit with a penalty known as the fuel replacement charge.

Can I rent a truck with only a driver's license?

No, you must hold a valid driver's license and be 21 or older. Depending on your state, you may require car insurance, as well as a deposit or credit card hold, too. We don't accept cash for Home Depot truck rentals, so please bring your credit card. Penske moving truck rentals have different requirements, so read those if you plan to rent a Penske truck.
