Nice store and the cashier doing my return (Lelis was his name, I think) and then my subsequent purchase was super friendly and professional and at a crazy line in the store, actually made me smile. Love this store! Nice employees.

Well, yesterday I was in a hurry. I went to two different stores before I stopped by Annandale Home depot and I couldn't get the supplies I needed. I was so upset; but as soon as I enter the door, one of the employees by the registers gave me a well welcoming. I asked her where to find my products and she was so excited to show me where to go. Then, she saw me approaching the self-checkout and she opened a closed-register just to help me. Thank you Jessica you are an excellent person.

Well stocked with friendly knowledgeable employees. Nadya at customer service is the best. Mr. Taylor in flooring knows his stuff and is very patient. Maria at check out is wonderful. Kind, considerate, and very helpful. She knows where everything is in the store.

Trashy customer service the staff is rude and can’t speak well I ask the man what isle is the nails he said 19 but was rude with a native accent I’m tired of these foreigners not performing well because the can half speak English it sad at this location

IT IS AN EXCELLENT STORE WITH VERY EXPERIENCED ASSOCIATES WHO ARE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. STORE IS VERY NEAT AND CLEAN AND HAVING ALL NEEDED PRODUCTS ON THE SHELVES. THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS ARE VERY REASONABLE.

I go to home depot very often and buy a lot of stuff for cars, since that's my hobby. Everytime I go there, they always have what I need, even though they are not a parts store, they have a good variety of tools and products for cars. I bought the products and tools for an oil change, and was really surprised about the price, it was really affordable and really good quality. Plus everything is stock and where it has to be according to The Home Depot's app, which works great, and helps me find what I need. And when I can't find it, there's always an associate willing to help.

This store doesn’t enforce the “mask law”. Employees walking around with masks around their necks or customers with a piece of paper towel covering their mouth when they want. It’s VIRGINIA EXECUTIVE ORDER 63 to wear face covering when inside places like this

Review is not for this particular store but Home Depot in General. Tired of denied returns for items that I purchased with cash or store credit but do not have receipts for. All too often those are lost on the job site and despite items still being in original package returns have been denied due to not having receipts with no other explanation other that the stupid TRE rejection receipt they give you. I should not have to call a third party to find out why my return was denied.

I am very impressed with Carol for pulling my order. I am also very impressed how she and Muhammad helped me load my ladder. Please clone these people especially Carol

Despite the claims of the website to fulfill curbside orders same day. The store is totally overwhelmed and unable to keep up. I have found the service desk people to always be overwhelmed and to still maintain a very friendly and helpful attitude. The individuals in each department vary wildly. Sometimes I get the assistance I need, but more often I am ignored. This store is better than most as far as having in stock what I need.

I have visited this store many times, especially the gardening section, and they are always well stocked, and the staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

The people at the Annandale store are top notch. Always friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. I am always welcomed and met with a smile while they genuinely want to help and take my project seriously. Michaela in the appliance center is so friendly and ready to help. Everyone takes their customer service to a higher level. Definitely recommended.

We prefer going to the Annandale Home Depot because it is less hectic than the Springfield Home Depot. The store is well stocked and the staff throughout the store is friendly and knowledgeable. Being clean and organized is a big plus. It’s our “go-to” store.

This is my neighborhood store. Very close to home, lots of parking, and generally very helpful staff. I would like to see more Virginia native plants/perennials/annuals offered in the garden center. Good for our environment and good for the pollinators. Please stop carrying plants treated with neonicotinoids- I've grabbed some lovely plants off the shelf at your store, read the label, saw they were treated, and immediately put the plants back on the shelf. These are systemic pesticides, known to be toxic to honeybees and they stay in plant tissues, plant pollen and nectar for 1-2 years after a plant is treated! Come on Home Depot, be the change that's needed!

My survey was incorrect. I said I WOULD recommend this store.

I usually find what I am looking for and the employees are friendly, but today Carol went out of her way to be helpful and I so appreciated it.
