This store doesn’t have enough shopping carts. You literally have to wait 25-30 min to get one cart. All carts are being used by the store employees with return products, new products or trash.

2x6x8’ FULL OF MOLD - if you use those in your house it will contaminate the whole house in a matter of months This store never has enough quantities of products. Online you see 10 pieces of a product and when you are at the store you cannot find one

My wife and I went there specifically to get a pair of whiskey barrel planters. Internet said they had plenty, nobody could find them. I figured I had wasted the trip. But the customer service desk paged "the guy" from Lawn and Garden, Bob M. He patiently took the product SKU# from my phone, looked it up, puzzled out where to find a pallet with a couple of barrels, got that down, unpacked the pallet, and got me exactly what I needed.

5 attempts at getting help and even had other associates page for help and no one came. 1 hour of wasted time.

Geetanjali is the best employee I have ever done business with in all the Home Depot’s I’ve shopped at in my 20+ years in the trades!

Went to buy five large bags of water softening salt at home deport Annandale. I’m a petit woman having to deal with 40lb bags. Two staff members: Justice and Eldon made it a totally painless process.

My experience during today's visit was exceptional! Eric in the gardening was so very pleasant and fun to talk with to support all of my planting needs. Then, the lovely ladies at self-checkout, especially Yeshi, were super helpful, positive, and nice approachable people. The management team is lucky to have people as committed and kind as Eric and Yeshi! This Home Depot location is my new "go to" store. And the store was particularly clean and organized, too.

Walter provided excellent customer service!! Looking for pool/spa test strips in December, he willingly got someone to use a lift to take them off the top shelf. Outstanding!!

An employee pointed us in the right direction for the supplies we were looking for. One also stopped to see if we needed any help. They were extremely helpful.

I had used the "Pick-Up" at this store during ordering. Usually, You can plan on standing in line until it is your turn. A Young Lady who was working on returning items back onto the floor, noticed that I was waiting, and put everything down and processed my pick up. This never happens. This store has personnel that actually work.

When there is no price tag you’d expect the cashier to know how to look a product up. They don’t. Clueless. No sense of customer’s time. Bathrooms look like you will get murdered in them.

A lot of items not in stock that I was looking for. If you actually have a question about something good luck finding someone that knows.

A NEW FRIDGE WAS VERY MUCH REQUIRED AND I STRONGLY FEEL I DID NOT MAKE ANY MISTAKE

This store used to have enough workers to help customers. I had to wait a long time in the garden department to get the mulch I needed. I don't blame the workers, there was hardly anyone there. I wish you'd hire more workers.

I bought fridge and a stove and I am happy to get them.

BEWARE WHAT YOU BUY IN THIS STORE. I WAS GIVEN A BOX THAT HAD PREVIOUSLY BEEN OPEN AND ALL THE SMALLER PARTS WERE MISSING.

This is my second family! I am her me every day m! Sometimes 2-3 times a day! Everyone is nice and helpful.

Employee Douglas marwent above and beyond what I think is responsibilities are. He helped me a great deal with PCV pipe cutting and recommending the additional items I needed to finish my job. Excellent customer service and knowledge.

My visit for today is to return the remaining items. Geetanjali assist me with the returns. I’m very happy with her service.

I waited 20-25 min to be able to pay

This store consistently has poor customer service. Of course, there are a few good ones, but every time I've been here has not been a good experience. The employees lack knowledge of general Home Depot operations and are not friendly.

I was looking for an item which is not readily available in any store, howver, an employee in this store assisted find and order one. She was extremely helpful!

Picket St. Home Depot in Alexandria is typically a mess, out of stock of item and seldom someone around to assist. The Little River Turnpike Home Depot is always neat and clean, have the item in stock and customer service at the ready!!!
