After surviving the long lines to do returns at least five times, each time standing at a different location near the service desk, on my most recent visit an employee finally revealed where the return line was supposed to start? This is the first time that I have ever seen anyone at that return counter? Also, he show me where to recycle LED bulbs. The other employees in the store would benefit from knowing where this recycle bin is located, too. During this visit, I wasted over 10 minutes trying to find hooks to hang a picture. I couldn't find the right aisle by myself, found no employees to help me, and went to the service desk. I don't think the employee paid attention when I asked for hooks to hang a picture, because he sent me to two different aisles, which didn't have this. I finally found another employee, and he showed me where they are in the store--still, inefficiency and being too big to find anything seem to be theme when it comes to HD everywhere....

Worst experience EVER!!! I spent more than 45 min trying to return a slab door I bought last Friday. The returns cashier was continuously telling me “it’s not in that card” even though I explained to her I only have ONE COMPANY’S CARD

Nourastani and his team have good customer service . This store is very busy but the staff try their best to accommodate. Muhamed , Karol and Nadya are great at the custom service desk and make it an easy place to navigate when it’s busy . They work as a team and ordered my new grill and kept me updated .

Clean And well stocked.

I tried purchasing a door at home depot. They had their installer come and measure the door to our house which went pretty smoothly. We went to pick out the door. When we finally finished with all the details, i asked the employee if the installation is included with the price. She said yes and that the installer will pick up the door there and install it to our house and so we paid and everything was set. After 4 days, we got a call from home depot, a guy saying that our order does not include installation. He said that if you look at your receipt, it does not include the installation. I explained to him that we have spoken with the employee and she claimed that everything is included. He said that the employee is new and that we have to pay for installation. I told him that even if she is new, she is part of the company and that they should make it right. they admitted that it is their mistake but still wanted to charge me more $1000 for installation of 1 front door and storm door. The employee that we spoke with few days ago admitted that she made a mistake. I asked if they’re going to rectify the situation and point blank said “no” and just ask if we would like to get our own installer to do it. I ended up cancelling the order altogether. This is truly unacceptable. I have never been truly disappointed with home depot. I guess there’s always a first for everything.

It was all organized and clean.

HERE AT RAM TOOL CONSTRUCTION SUPPLY WE DEAL WITH ALOT OF PRODESK EMPLOYEES AND JIMBO SEELEY IS BY FAR THE BEST WE DEAL WITH. HE MAKES COMING BACK TO HOME DEPOT AN EASY DECISION. My shopping experience in home depot was great the employee bibi nasreen was super friendly and helpful she was great I want to go back to this store and the are always stocked and the employees are always helpful and I love it.

Excellent staff to work with. Nadya at service desk help us in getting all cleaning materials and checked us out. I wanted to use 150$ Free cash points,she got other staff members to help me. I did return stuff at return desk. All staff was helpful and cooperative to get me accomplished what I wanted on Fri eve. Best people Great experience. Muhammad

THE STORE NEEDS TO HAVE MORE PRODUCT, AND MORE VARIETY.

Went on Wednesday at 11:00 and there were multiple employees around the store that were happy to help me find what I was looking for. Also, no waiting in line to check out.

I always feel welcome and appreciated at this store. Meena helped me today. She was kind, friendly and happy. You can't ask for much more.

Cleanest and often most well stocked Home Depot within 10 miles of this area. The employees here have also been the nicest and most helpful of the four locations in this immediate area that I have been to. This location seems to be frequented more by individuals shopping for themselves than contractors and day workers which is a huge plus for me.

Very friendly associates, much neater than other Home Depot stores. Omar, Almaz Ahmed you guys keep it up !

I just finished a project yesterday and I passed by the Annandale store to return the extra items that I no longer needed. I'm a very organized person in which I control and manage all my project expenses really well. At the time of my return on 11/30 at 3:38pm as per the receipt, cashier name: Fatoumata, didn't process all my receipts. She was rude and unprofessional, she was supposed to scan all the receipts that I handed to her and then scan all the items I was returning. However, she started scanning all the items I was returning and kept telling me they weren't on the receipts even though she didn't scan them all. I had given her all the receipts stapled together and organized but she refused to scan them all. There was an item that cost me $73.90 SKU 563775 and I got a return of $59.99 with a different SKU. If she would have scanned all the receipts I would not have this issue. Then someone else came to assist, I don't know if they were of a higher rank or not but they also did not solve the issue. They told me that the items were not on the receipt when they clearly were. This employee, like the one before refused to look through and scan all the receipts that were handed to them. I know the process of the returns and that's how they are usually done by other associates when I need to make returns. This experience was so unprofessional and frustrating due to the fact that the associate working on the floor was not willing to help out. I have spent thousands of dollars at Home Depot and I prefer to avoid certain stores for the unprofessionalism but today was just convenient for me to go to the Annandale store when I could have gone to Fairfax or Merrifield stores. I'm expecting for this issue to be corrected and to get the full refund to the correct Credit card. Train your new employees properly to avoid this type of mistake that causes problems.

The store was clean and the products were easy to find and the cashier Bibi Nasreen was very friendly helpful kind and happy person.
