Penny at the checkout was very friendly and helpful.

I have found this store to be well stocked, and to have helpful employees. Each time I've been in someone has been very helpful and I could actually find someone to help me. I drive right past another large home improvement store to come to this Home Depot - Keith in the Lumber department is exceptional, Ken in the Return department is also awesome and there are so many more that make each of my home improvement shopping trips successful and enjoyable. If you are not shopping at a local mom-and-pop (which I try to do first) then this is your store!

Very pleasant experience, store was neat and clean, staff was knowledgeable and courteous, merchandise was available.

I love this store,the employees at the pro desk are always so nice,except for one of them his name is Rob he's horrible.

We rented a truck to deliver 40 sheets of drywall and Noah in the drywall department was very helpful in getting what we needed and out the door in a very timely fashion. It is important because every minute counts while renting trucks from Home Depot.

Honestly, this last visit was the best we've had. We're working on an addition and needed a bunch of materials. We were able to get a great deal from home services.

I have consistently been very pleased the pleasant and helpful staff at my local Home Depot location. They will continue to get my business because of that reason.

They are not customer friendly and you can spend more time looking for someone to help you, to find out it's not there department. They do not recognize ALL VETERANS!

I love that you can find the item you are looking for ahead of time and note the aisle and bay. No need to run around looking for an employee to help you find what you are looking for. Although, sometimes the bay is wrong, but the aisle is most generally right on!

Ken at the customer service desk was fantastic at helping resolve my problem.

The store is conveniently located. The associates are knowledgeable,courteous & friendly. There is wide range of choices for each item. The prices are good.

Store needs updating! Start with hiring Employees that cared. The floors need to be swept at least once a week. Store is cluttered, and unorganized!

Besides Steve, and Allie..... There is a retired plumber, who works in the plumbing (and other?) department at your Carpenter Rd. #2721 Ypsilanti store. My husband calles him "Larry the Plumber". He is always OUTSTANDING!! Pleasant, smart, knowledgeable, helpful, reliable, and always everything positive and accurate. He is worth his weight in gold. You are very blessed and lucky to have him as your employee. If we had the need to hire someone, Larry would be at the very top of the list. Bar none. !!!!!

Great service from cashier and curteous helper loading my purchases of bags of dirt and other soil amendments... ! Also I ended buying several plants which I always buy from local nursery in the past. I was so surprised to see such healthy plants.. From this experience, I will be buying more plants from Home Depot.

Place an order two weeks ago. Was told it would show up in 5 days. Went to the store on the sixth day and found out they only had two thirds of the order. ended up realizing they had shorted me on the 2/3 they gave me. Stopped back in 3 days later and they still had no idea when the rest of the order would show up. Just told somebody over call me the next day, no one did. Ended up speaking with the store manager who promised me they would figure it out and get it to me ASAP. Was then told the next day that the order was being overnighted, it was not. and now two weeks later they still have no idea when they can get me the last third of my order. They have screwed up every single part of this order even down to my customer details in their computer system even though I gave the lady my driver's license to enter them in with. I have been told three different times when my order would show up, none of those were accurate. They continue to do business with this vendor who has lied to them multiple times, first losing the order then claiming they were overnighting it. the departments in the store are warring against each other. The prodesk won't play nice with the customer service desk, those are words from one of the customer service agents. I had to walk around the entire store for 20 minutes with one of the employees just to find my order because they don't communicate with each other. both of the store managers have promised me they were going to give me calls back and they never did. If I had not been calling and stopping in every couple of days I would have no idea what was going on with this order and they probably would have done absolutely nothing about it if I hadn't. This is unacceptable customer service. Especially when you were dealing with people who are running businesses, you cannot operate this way.

The store is clean and items well marked. The employees are willing to help and go the extra mile. You can see the smiles in the cashiers eyes when you check out.

I had a problem with one item on my online order, with only 40 minutes until closing time to resolve. Marc, Ebony, Ken, Tommy and Jeremy each went the extra mile to help me. I truly appreciate the time, talents and kindness each team member shared with me. They are great! I could not have had a better experience! I will be back! Thanks!

Well stocked and clean. Great customer service at the returns area.

They do an excellent job of no contact curbside pickup. I have a not obvious physical limitation. Some employees have been less than gracious in accommodating my requests for assistance. Maybe management could work on improving this?

Our over the oven micro wave quit mid meal. We decided we would find a micro wave that day and take it home. We intended to visit several stores that carried micro wave ovens. Stopped at Home Depot first and was asked by a very pleasant sales associate if we needed help. She went the extra mile to get us the oven we settled on. Kudos to her! She even laughed at my corny jokes.

The store it’s always clean and the price of items is affordable . Friendly environment and assistance is prompt if you need to find anything. People who visit this store keep safe distance and wear mask, I strongly recommend this location.
