Lisa/Lori at Elk River Mn store welcomed me into the store and found Tom in plumbing to find specific items I needed. He was informative and knew exactly what I would need and found them.

Wonderful staff! They are friendly, well trained, and know their merchandise.

I'm working with an electrical company and every time I need something he sends me to Home Depot. He even looks some things up for me so all I have to do is go in with he picture and SKU number and I'm good. He even knows your store hours. My suggestion is that while you have great light fixture personnel, like Nicolas or Christopher (whichever the holiday name) I suggest you set up him or an independent worker so the public can make an appointment and get ALL of these light needs met for your customer. Perhaps send out a checklist they can complete prior to the appointment so the representative can prepare. I just bought 20 items through you and an endless number of returns (at least 10) to get there. I was frustrated, etc. cuz I was going by trial and error and it would have helped to have had a designated person to help me at certain times. I would have even paid for it. Big box stores don't have this individualized attention, however, more expensive specialized places do. Up to you but I think this would be a winner. This is just a suggestion but I'd love to know if you test it out somewhere. I think your customers would appreciate it!

I bought a few fire sticks and I am very happy with the products.

I ordered online for in store pickup and was able to get in and out without issue. My cashier, Kenneth, was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to assist me.

I bought sink staff is very friendly when I cash out cashier very friendly but I dont like when they try to sell Home Depot credit card over all I have a good time store is nice clean I will comeback this store

Both Penny and Christian were very helpful in finding the items I needed were in stock and got them for me from the shelves.

This shopping experience at Home Depot made me feel truly cared for in a way that completely MADE MY DAY! I was dreading the process of picking out tiles for a bathroom renovation project because I wanted to find an beautiful combination of bathroom floor tiles, shower wall tiles and shower floor tiles that complemented one another. As I stood there in the aisle of the tile section, in walked Ibrah. He patiently walked through several choices until we found the PERFECT selection of tiles! I was so grateful!

Nowadays, a lot of stores are understaffed. Often times at a Home Depot it’s hard to find someone available to help. This was not the case at this Home Depot. Two employees, Brittany and Antonio, went out of their way to be helpful to me. I was offered help and didn’t even need to ask for it. And they did so without making me feel like I was bothering them.

Key and Brandon, who both work in the Garden Center, made my day! They immediately came forward to offer assistance and were really friendly and nice!

the order process at the store was fine and competent. The 3rd party delivery and install was late and piecemeal and 1 of the appliances was never delivered. Homedepot systems are so poor that they could NOT even refund the missing appliance!?!

Jeremy (who works in the lumber department) is THE MOST helpful, considerate, and selfless employee I’ve ever met. He goes way beyond the standard of anyone I’ve met in the building. I will find him, even if he’s all the way across the building because I know he will treat me like royalty. That kid is going places.

David went above and beyond to assist me that wasn’t store related. He found my daughter cellphone yesterday while he was off . He contacted me when the alert was sent on her phone that it was lost. He brought it to work today and allowed me to retrieve it without losing any money trying to replace it. I really appreciate this

I always get good service at this Home Depot. Hard for me to go to a competitor's store.

I purchased a Ryobi 18v lawn trimmer and edger combo and i am in love! Its light weight and very easy for a female to use. The battery charger feature is a plus, in the past i had the electric trimmer and i will never go back.

I bought a Vacuum Breaker for my irrigation system. I had to return the item because it was not lead free. The picture of the Vacuum Breaker on the website, and the product in the store are totally different. The plumbing representative did apologize for the mix up. Supply Chain needs to tighten things up. The customer service representative didn't have a part number/SKU to apply the part to and couldn't even RTS because of that.

The employees at the store are awesome. From the moment I walked in, everyone took responsibility to make sure I was going in the right direction, finding the right stuff and ensuring that I knew how to use it. I’m definitely coming back to the store. I don’t remember everyone’s name that I spoke to but Christine and Penny I will definitely remember.

This store has enough employees and the employees know where things are. Enough said.

This location always have what I need to start and complete my home projects. Friendly associates especially Penny at self checkout. She is funny and helpful.

Carpenter Road Home Depot - We had a great experience at this store today. First, easy returns and a chuckle with Ken at the register. Next, to the Plumbing Dept. Kevin did a great job and was very patient with us when we needed four pipes cut and threaded. Our request held up other employees who needed to move some inventory. Not one of them complained about the wait. Five stars Home Depot!

I don’t want to self scan. This store sells large and bulky items. Why would I want to handle them all myself. Only one cashier on duty with three people in line with loads of lumber. Bad customer service.

Where’s the free coffee?!

I purchased a water heater and my brother was going to pick it up with his truck later in the day. They said I could pay for it and they would hold it at will call for him to pick up. Very convenient for us.

Always find what I am looking for. If I can't find it myself the employees are very helpful and friendly.

We bought a toolbox that was large and heavy. The store employees came outside in the cold and snow and loaded it without a murmur, and were so nice and polite. It's so nice to have friendly people help you out when it's not something you can expect these days. Thank you

Most recently we needed flooring for our basement. We needed to adjust our quote and the person who assisted us was amazing. We remarked that every time we've needed to ask someone in the store for help, they've been that way. Whoever hires and trains here they're doing great.

Found stock that was otherwise 5 months out at local lumber yards and the big three lumber/home improvement stores.
